I just experienced worst dunkin service ever.
My dad was picking mobile order I placed and he said through drive thru “pickup Leah” and the employee did not understand him because my dad has accent and when my dad pulled over, he refused to give our order and told him to go through drive through and order again. When I talked to the employee over the speaker phone, the employee said that my dad did not mentioned mobile order and could not understand him and that he needs to order again through drive thru. When I asked him his name he refused to give and told me and my dad he is going to call the cops. When I try to call the store the phone did not go through.

I felt very discriminated and just had worst possible experience ever.

I had recorded the call and I will be making complain to the headquarter and the social media/news as well.

Ps to the Owner of this store. Please consider firing or re educating this employee for some proper customer service who worked on April 2nd around 9:30am.

Walked in to get two drinks today, asked for extra juice and the cashier forgot to charge me for it origionally so an employee charged me an extra .84 cents for it after my original purchase which wasnt a problem for me. I did ask for light ice though the first time and the employee used the cups to scoop a big pile of ice in both drinks, which i later asked the second employee a male (he was wearing chicago bulls hoodie) and was super rude about it took out ice and refused to put back in the juice he threw out of my drink because he wasn’t gonna give me any “free” product i didnt pay for? but i paid for my large drink already, with the EXTRA fee of more juice and he tried to argue with me about it back and fourth? girl bye the service here is horrible

Sliding in and out like an ice rink, when politely pointing out the slippery lot and politely asking if someone can salt the area before an accident occurs as we almost experienced, we are greeted with a snide remark "do you want to do my job then, you can take the shovel yourself " I can understand why this location has so many bad reviews. Always rude and miserable customer servic, if you don't like your job then go somewhere else.

I pull up into the drive through on Saturday 12/20 at 11:20 to order 2 bagels and the employee proceeded to tell me “we are not serving food because we are too busy.” So now I had to sit in a drive through line for 10 minutes with no order. That is ridiculous… What establishment refuses to sell food because of customer volume with no customers inside???

Very rude morning staff whoever was the dude working the drive thru wearing all Chicago bulls attire first came in 30 mins after opening and they had no bagels ready fine whatever put it on a croissant no need to be rude about you not being ready. Second doesn’t give me my receipt then makes my coffee hot instead of iced no big deal again asked him to correct it and that’s when he complained about I didn’t say that. well your menu board advertisement shows your meal deal with a iced coffee not a hot coffee and secondly he never asked hot or iced. Just miscommunication no need to be rude about it.

Terrible customer service. No greeting, nothing. Every time I order the butter pecan iced coffee, it doesn’t taste anything like the flavor. All I taste is the cream and sugar.

People, what’s wrong with you!!!! Please provide appropriate training for your workers, especially managers! I do understand that people will be coming to this shop regardless, however what is wrong with simple things such as hello, good bye, thank you, what would you like????? When i am at this place, i feel like i am the worker because i have to do and tell them how to do myself. 50% of the time i am getting wrong orders. I just spent 43$ there this morning looking at the faces that were completely unsatisfied with me being their regular customer . Very sad
