MOLDY FOOD MOLDY FOOD MOLDY FOOD!!! Everything about this dunkin is BAD!!! They service moldy food!!! They serve avocado toast that's hard as a rock. They NEVER have certain flavorings in stock. I was asked to come later after placing a mobile order. The kids that work there don't know what they are doing and the coffee is always different(when they have it) even though the same thing is being ordered.

I wanted to share feedback about a disappointing customer service experience I had during a recent visit to your store.
When I stopped in to grab some donuts, the cashier repeatedly asked me the same question three times, even after I had already answered her clearly. When I politely pointed this out, she rolled her eyes and dismissively flicked her hand at me, which came across as extremely disrespectful.
I later asked for a muffin, and her tone and body language were rude—she didn’t speak to me, but rather at me. At one point, she said something I couldn’t even hear clearly due to the loud, profanity-filled music or video playing on a nearby TV, which was not family-friendly and created an uncomfortable environment.
To be fair, one of the gentlemen working there was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and stepped in to help—especially when I asked for the restroom key that the original cashier had completely ignored. His professionalism really stood out.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’ve always enjoyed Dunkin’, but this experience fell far below expectations. The environment and staff attitude (with the exception of the gentleman) need to be addressed.

I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin. The drink I ordered was made with stale skim milk, resulting in an overly foamy texture and a foul taste. I shared it with a colleague and we both agreed one of the ingredients was off, forcing me to throw it out. Additionally, the staff member who took my order was rude. When I requested less ice, he curtly responded that he wouldn’t fill the cup all the way if I wanted less ice. Overall, a pathetic experience that left me dissatisfied.

Came in today and had a terrible experience! There was a girl (appeared to be Russian) who didn’t seem to speak English very well which is fine but she was speaking EXTREMELY quiet and I mean lower than a whisper i couldn’t hear anything she was saying. She was very rude, I purchased a cake and it said 23.99 on the box but she charged me 28 dollars for it because she couldn’t find the right price button. She also rolled her eyes at me and gave me an attitude when I was just trying to order a drink. Horrible experience, NEVER coming back.
I’ve been going here almost every morning and the staff is always polite and friendly. Thank you for remembering my order and making a delicious coffee to start my day!

I just experienced worst dunkin service ever. My dad was picking mobile order I placed and he said through drive thru “pickup Leah” and the employee did not understand him because my dad has accent and when my dad pulled over, he refused to give our order and told him to go through drive through and order again. When I talked to the employee over the speaker phone, the employee said that my dad did not mentioned mobile order and could not understand him and that he needs to order again through drive thru. When I asked him his name he refused to give and told me and my dad he is going to call the cops. When I try to call the store the phone did not go through.
I felt very discriminated and just had worst possible experience ever.
I had recorded the call and I will be making complain to the headquarter and the social media/news as well.
Ps to the Owner of this store. Please consider firing or re educating this employee for some proper customer service who worked on April 2nd around 9:30am.

Walked in to get two drinks today, asked for extra juice and the cashier forgot to charge me for it origionally so an employee charged me an extra .84 cents for it after my original purchase which wasnt a problem for me. I did ask for light ice though the first time and the employee used the cups to scoop a big pile of ice in both drinks, which i later asked the second employee a male (he was wearing chicago bulls hoodie) and was super rude about it took out ice and refused to put back in the juice he threw out of my drink because he wasn’t gonna give me any “free” product i didnt pay for? but i paid for my large drink already, with the EXTRA fee of more juice and he tried to argue with me about it back and fourth? girl bye the service here is horrible

Sliding in and out like an ice rink, when politely pointing out the slippery lot and politely asking if someone can salt the area before an accident occurs as we almost experienced, we are greeted with a snide remark "do you want to do my job then, you can take the shovel yourself " I can understand why this location has so many bad reviews. Always rude and miserable customer servic, if you don't like your job then go somewhere else.
