Never got served. Waited 15 min. Noone around. Bad service.

This place sells very delicious food and drinks. Very clean business and the music here just naturally moves you to a heartbeat of loyal love.

Left us waiting in the lobby for 10 while they cleaned the dust vents above their ice cream, no thanks I'm not gonna wait for you to knock dust into my ice cream, having 3 employees and 1 customer in the lobby

Poor customer service. Upon entering there was nobody to greet the customer and I waited at least 5 minutes to be attended. Might not seem long but it is an inconvenience to the customer when you are in a rush. Someone finally came out from the back and her attitude wasn’t nice. I ordered 2 large elotes and she completely missed the mayo!!…i paid over $15 for these two elotes and didn’t even get it properly done. So unhappy right now.

Few times I have received an incomplete order.
They gave me what I didn’t want or didn’t add all ingredients on my orders.

I just got the ice cream and that was pretty good.

The crepes are very delicious and large, only that sometimes they don't let them cook for a long time to make them quickly so as not to take too long and they feel a little raw, but when they are done well they are very delicious

I would give this place 0 stars! Customer service is horrible just by looking at their faces make it seem like they don’t want to be there. They don’t speak clear and not even a smile. Am PAYING for my food at least be nice about it. Worst michoacana ever!

I’m so not happy to describe this place like good or bad first of all service of people is bad they make really mad and serious faces I would like to speak to the manager or communicate somewhow of the service they just give mean faces and it’s 3 times that they failed my order one time they gave my mom a expired chicharrón. Next two times they messed up my dorilocos I have onion and repollo and they decided. To put onion on my order which I didn’t ask for I’m so disappointed…
