The shake machine is NEVER WORKING!!! how can you promote shamrock shakes and the machine doesn’t work? This makes three times we have requested shakes and it’s always broken!!!!!
During quarantine, I have visited this location MANY, MANY times. Always between 10 and midnight, and have had the BEST service from an employee named Alex (Alexis). For anyone to remain so consistent, cheerful, kind and efficient ALL the time is such a RARE find. This is a very remarkable young man and I hope that there is an internal way that you reward this exemplary conduct. He deserves the recognition.
