Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese. It was supposed to have parmesan chicken and it was supposed to be Mac n Cheese. There was ZERO chicken...ZERO! There was a little parmesan cheese and some hot sauce. I would not call it Mac n Cheese as there was nowhere near enough cheese for that. The flavor was ok for Buffalo Noodles...but I will not be back... (It was a Togo order which is why I wasn't able to have them fix it)

I came in without a mask. I was asked to put one on. I did. Then I saw employees cooking food without gloves. Not the 1st time. Ive been at this location 3 times this week. Not one person had gloves on. The manager did this time but the 2nd time the manager was portioning with 1 glove. I called them out and pointed to the employee with no gloves and said "I'll be that guy" as a rebuttal and I was snarky.I decided it wasn't worth giving you my money. So I called you all hypocrites and left. Check your camera's. You touch every customers food.

wow i used to love noodles, but this place went downhill for sure. undercooked noodles and dry salad. also the lettuce almost tasted as if it wasn’t washed. i’m never returning.

I understand there is a mask mandate and there is a sign on the door, but yelling at customers for not wearing one seems a little extreme.. your employees are wearing one right.? So there protected. it doesn't really make sense if you let people sit down and take there mask off, and for the record where I'm sitting is within 6ft of the register so now everyone is exposed.?Covid doesn't care if your eating or not.

I don’t appreciate being kicked out for not having a mask. Not changing your gloves after handling money is worse than not having a mask. What about the people your still allowing inside the restaurant to eat without a mask.

Food was decent and staff was fine but they missed something on my order. Should have checked before I left (as a general rule for all food places when the order is 3+) because I did not get the meatballs in my korean bbq meatballs. My family got a kick but not only was it the first thing on the order and checked off but wth am I to do with the sauce?

Some menu items are only available if you join their fan club.Dine in service was provided by handing me a large stapled bag. It felt like I was not welcome in the store. I ate in my car.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered soup and buttered noodles with chicken. I finished my soup and when I opened my buttered noodles (everything is in plastic containers with lids even if you're dining in), there wasn't any chicken. I went back up and told them that there wasn't any chicken and she replied, well it didn't say to add chicken" (in a very rude tone). I replied, I don't know what it said or where it said it, but I ordered chicken. They made the chicken and she called my name. How about bringing it to the table and apologizing??? I get up there and she says, "that will be $3.95". I said "excuse me, that was my original order". She says, well you didn't pay for it." - again very rude. By this time, my noodles are cold and my partner is done eating. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake and I asked to speak to the manager. She said, I am the manager. I told her I wanted the number for corporate and she said, there is no corporate, it's my store. I said "you're the owner? "No, it's my store. I asked for the contact info for the owner and she kept saying "it's my store, it's my store. She was so rude and obviously never had any training in customer service. I told her that I'm not paying and took the chicken. The cashier was super nice and came to our table and apologized and said it was his fault. I said, it's not about that. We all make mistakes. It's about customer service skills and she has none and I thanked him for coming to our table. I would never want to have this manager working for me. No personality and doesn't know how to treat a customer.

The pesto pasta w grilled chicken was very tasty..the jalapeño chicken salad was very good! Can't really complain..I only wish the portion was a little more because it was pretty good! Wish I had more for the price..other than that I shall return!

Good and healthy food. They take allergy seriously and is great for vegetarians also. During pandemic they are only giving food in take out boxes with plastic forks. They are slow in cleaning tables and have to be reminded multiple times. Food is good. Kids love their Mac and cheese. Zucchini noodles are healthy alternatives for those watching their diet. Overall good.

Service was quick and very good. I say from cooks to the lady at the register I liked it a lot cause you can see the cooks cooking and putting your food together. The person register helped me with my order. She explained more to me about the menu. Good service for sure no doubt about it.

I visited this location and ordered pesto noodle dish and it wasn’t very tasty. Also was insulted by a worker who took my order. Don’t plan to return to this location. I’d rather go somewhere else to order pasta.
