This location operates mainly on kiosk (no cashier or only one cashier during lunch hour) which doesn't have a number or tags for the orders. We never get the cups and whenever picking up the order, the staff don't provide the cups and eye rolls you when asking for it. Every time.. I like Panera, but they need to improve customer service

really quite good all the way around. even better than most other Paneras.
Bagel was barely toasted, quality was worse than a grocery store bagel. I can’t believe that that small bagel is 300 calories, must be full of sugar. Shedding sesame seeds everywhere. Egg wasn’t even seasoned. Cheese was melted to snot like consistency. Ham was cheapest deli ham imaginable, literally pulled out of the package and slapped on the bagel. Served on a giant plate for no reason. If I’d paid retail for each item, the grocery store bagel was worth maybe $1.00, egg was $.25, ham was $.75, cheese was $.75. And with tax I paid $8. For what? Ambiance? A bathroom with no toilet paper that hasn’t been renovated since 1995? Awful and shameful value.

Ordered the egg white avo sandwich. Avocado is all brown and bread was oily. Also order mix berry yogurt. Its so watery. Made fresh I don't think so!! It was so disgusting!! This is not the first time something have been wrong with my order but this is the first time it has ever looked like this! I will never order from Rolling Meadows ever again!!
