I had by far the worst service at this Steak and Shake. If you are looking for somewhere to come for dinner, do not come here. We were seated at least 20 minutes before anyone even asked for our drink order. We ordered shakes with our meals which we received way after we’d finished our meals. While waiting in line at least 10 minutes to pay, multiple people in line decided the wait was not worth it and left to eat elsewhere. Food was solid as usual, wife and I ordered 2 shakes to go. I never complain about my food and I have no idea what they did to those shakes but they tasted flat and had a strong chemical taste and they only sprinkled Oreo on top- absolutely no Oreo chunks.

My order was missing items and my milkshakes had already started melting when I got them in the drive thru. The whipped cream was almost absent at that point. If I hadn't checked my bag I would've had to make a trip back to the restaurant. Good thing is that once I alerted them they corrected the order.
