The spicy orange chicken was an unappetizing disaster. The sauce, overly sweet and one-dimensional, clung to rubbery, lifeless chicken that felt like it had given up on being edible. The rice, soggy and uninspired, acted as a sponge for the overly sugary glaze, while the broccoli sat limp and flavorless, like it had lost all will to exist.
It was so unpleasant I couldn’t finish it—I made it halfway before tossing the rest, uneaten and unloved. Life’s too short for food this disappointing.

First off the place smells disgusting so that was enough for me but the managers over there have a lot of attitude considering they work at teriyaki madness 🤣. I also feel they are rude and a little discriminatory even though the entire place is basically ran by minorities. The younger guy working the front was visibly high so clearly they don’t pay attention to a lot over there. I was just curious where the audacity came from. Wonder how long this location will last :)
Called to make a pick up order and they hung up on me the first time then I called back and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then told me I can only order 1 item with no explanation at all so I had to call again to make an order for my other item (absolutely ridiculous) then trying to be the bigger person I said thank you very much and she just hangs up terrible teriyaki bowls tasted awful. Wish I could give 0 stars

Waste of money. The chicken tasted old and still had the raw type of flavor. Gave me stomach aches after. Would not go back again.
