just walked into the Baskin Robbins in Romeoville, NO ONE in there. Does anyone ask us for our order? No. But we did get to hear one employee announce (to us) out loud.... "This place is disgusting". Well, #1...you work here....clean It up. #2...not something you announce to customers. Needless to say, we walked out and went to Dairy Queen. He wasn't wrong. The place was filthy. I'd rather get ice cream at the gas station.
I had 4.35 in gift cards, got one scoop in a cone, total 3.28. My gift cards were cleared and I was still asked to pay .58. Girl at register just looked at me like what did I want her to do about it.
