This location never gets the order right …. Ask for spread on the side and they put it on … want to pick you own donuts and they add in ones you never asked for.
I ordered from your app and get to the window for pickup. she hands me a coffee and tells me to have a nice night. I explain I ordered donuts. she said they don't have them. I asked for my money back. she said there is nothing they can do in the store since I ordered on the app. I paid for items I never received and apparently cannot get resolved at your stores. she said staff doesn't have training on the app and that was pretty much it. you shouldn't be able to purchase...read full review
