I just got the lemon cream and it’s test vanilla not any test of lemon and it’s almost 5$ for mine cup like 6 ounces so bad

The burgers are good, and the fries are fresh. There are lots of options for shakes and other desserts with their custard. Friendly fast service.

Disappointed that they ran out of cheese curds. We went out of our way to come here. Service was polite but didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. The rest of our order was great!

Four of us had lunch inside and were really disappointed with the experience. After a long wait even though the restaurant was nearly empty we were served ice-cold burgers and fries. My burger was too cold to eat and had to be sent back.

On the positive side, the staff were very polite and quick to bring me a new one, and overall they were nice, respectful young people. With stronger management and better training and consistency, I think this place has real potential to be a local favorite.

In a world with lots of fast food cheesburger options, freddys is a solid choice. Their burger patties are crispy on the edges and thin so id never order less than a double. The standard freddys burger comes with mustard pickle onion which is how I order a burger most the time anyway 👍 the fries are crispy and just OK but their fry sauce makes up for it. At about 11 bucks for a double cheese combo they are cheaper than a lot of the competition and they taste better than most.

Went in with my wife for lunch, big mistake!! The diner was a mess, no table was wipes down and the floors were dirty. The smell in the diner was unbearable, smelled like sewage or bad plumbing. The staff was all sitting around the register conversating with one another, with that being said it took like 15 minutes to get our order. Threw out my tots, they were cold. I wont be returning to this location.

Wow wow wow.. is all I can say!
My daughter Zoey had her dance recital, which was over a 2 hour show, and we were starving!!
It was 9:45pm and sweet Ms.Heidi let us all in!! She served us with a smile, and took in our family of 12 with no problem! The entire staff was behind her and they really were great!! She also gave our dancer an ice cream for a job well done!! Thank you Ms. Heidi and staff, we will see you same time next year for sure!! lol

The food was warm and tasted good; however, the service was disappointing. The wait time was long, and my order was incorrect. When ordering through the drive-thru, the employee mumbled, sounded irritated, and was difficult to understand. I specifically asked for tater tots instead of fries with my meal, but I received both and was unknowingly charged extra. Additionally, the employee was unfriendly and did not communicate clearly, which made the overall experience uninviting. There were no napkins included with my order, and the soda was only lukewarm. I will not return, even though the food was ok, not worth the wait time and poor service.

This place need to do better at making sure the order is correct, Ubereat is not cheap, so we expect our order to be correct.train your staff better
