Food is pricey a lot of grease on the patty melt.

The food was warm and tasted good; however, the service was disappointing. The wait time was long, and my order was incorrect. When ordering through the drive-thru, the employee mumbled, sounded irritated, and was difficult to understand. I specifically asked for tater tots instead of fries with my meal, but I received both and was unknowingly charged extra. Additionally, the employee was unfriendly and did not communicate clearly, which made the overall experience uninviting. There were no napkins included with my order, and the soda was only lukewarm. I will not return, even though the food was ok, not worth the wait time and poor service.

This place need to do better at making sure the order is correct, Ubereat is not cheap, so we expect our order to be correct.train your staff better

Honestly, I don’t know why I keep going back there every time they mess up my order. They’re too busy goofing around and laughing tonight in the back to listen to my order right when I asked for a hotdog with grilled onions and mustard and they put mushrooms on it. Honestly, not worth the time for the long wait for food for them not to even get it right probably won’t go back.

The picture below is a large onion ring order..very disappointing, it also took way longer that it should considering there was only one other car in front of me. Save your money and avoid the disappointment, anywhere else but Freddys.

Not once has it been less than a 5star experience! Staff has always greeted us happily, with a smile and kindness beyond belief. They are especially nice to our kids and that obviously counts for a lot!!!! The boys absolutely love coming here because they feel welcomed and the food is absolutely yummy and then dessert!!! We have celebrated several milestones here (bday, good grades, athletic success) and staff has gone out of their way to Acknowledge our accomplishments. Heidi is amazing!! Always takes times to greet us with a smile and add a like conversation

If I could give negative stars I WOULD!!!! You guys gave me food poisoning yuck 🤮🤮. I knew why I hadn’t ate Freddy’s in over five years. So my husband and I got the prime rib burger! NEVER AGAIN glad he didn’t eat his burger and ate the hotdog first instead or he would have too been sick! The lies they have in there working plays all through the intercom just loud and ghetto! I knew it when we sat in the drive through for 10minutes to receive cold fries. My husband pulled right around to the door only for them to give more half hit fries. The board of health needs to shut this place down!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I was sick for two days. Vomiting and excessive diarrhea UNBELIEVABLE. Now I see why I ate it five years ago( not this location) and never wanted to try it again until a few days ago. 53 for some food that made me sick. SHUT IT DOWN

The last three times I was here, all in 2025, there were no cars in the drive thru and almost an empty parking lot. All three times I waited for 10 minutes or more. This last time, all I got was a shake. I asked the young girl why it takes so long every time I’m here and she was like a deer in headlights and nervously laughed and said I don’t know. The food is nothing to write home about. Greasy and overpriced and smaller portions. If the shakes weren’t so darn good, I’d avoid the place at all cost. Sorry, but the Freddy’s up north off route 12 blows away this establishment.
