“if you're wondering if this a sign to order the cookies...ORDER👏THE👏COOKIES👏 I ordered a few dozen for my daughter's birthday this past weekend and they were gorgeous AND delicious. My husband who doesn't have much of a sweet tooth was going on and on about how great they were. Even when there was a communication error, Kara went above and beyond to remedy things, which really stands out from other vendors I've worked with(both personally and professionally) We will definitely be returning customers for future events! “I ordered two pies to pick up at the Roscoe location on Friday, November 8th. when I got there they only had one of my pies and had sold the other one. I was on my way out of town and needed both my pies but was left having to figure out how I was going to get one in the literally 5 minutes i had to spare before leaving. The worst part was all I was offered was a "I'm sorry" or let me see if Perryville has one you can go get. I didnt have time, nor should have had to drive down to Perryville... they offered to take nothing off my purchase, a free pie at a later date or anything. This same sort of thing happened last time they were open in Roscoe, I thought maybe the customer service would have improved this time. I'd be leary to order if you 100% need your items because you may or may not get them, leaving you screwed😥“
