Waited 20 mins (dine in) for our food. Tried to be patient but went up and asked when it'd be done. They realized they gave our food to a group of teenagers who just ate our food. Guess they thought "cool they just brought us free food." So then I waited patiently for another 15 mins before I went back up and asked for a refund and voiced my frustration bc we had an appt to be at. The girl was apologetic but I heard her tell the manager I wanted a refill and she was like "ugh I'm trying gosh!" Then came out like I had flipped her world upside down. Gave me a refund and didn't even apologize for anything.Also, they can't even clean up after themselves. The photo really doesn't do justice but it was not clean. That strawberry topping to the right is all dried up and gross. Toppings everywhere. Machines don't look clean. Will never go back to this location. Not the first time we've had issues. But this was the cherry on the sundae.

Too long of a situation, however, ordered at drive thru-with my 3 kids, was told some things were out....which is fine so I ordered alternatives. Two being banana splits. Got to window to get my order when they told me then that they were out of whipped cream for the banana splits. Simply asked for a discount. "Manager" came and said she couldn't discount for being out of something. I said sure you can. Manager said no one else got a discount for being out of something. I said probably cause they didn't ask for one. She said I was arguing with her, gave my money back and wouldn't give my kids their ice cream! I was simply responding to her comments. No raised voice, not yelling. Just talking. It'd be one thing if they said something when I ordered that they were also out of whipped cream... could have decided to change something. Waited a half hour for them to tell me they were out then couldn't get my order?asked for a number for corporate...she said she couldn't give it to me cause I didn't get a receipt from my order. BETTER BELIEVE I'LL BE IN THERE TOMORROW TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE! Then won't be back there again. Freedom of speech and reviews are everything these days.

Id give it zero starsI gave them the benefit of the doubt, free cone day, but if you have me pull up and wait for half an hour and then when I go inside, tell me "I went outside and didn't see you" just man up and not lie smh.

Went to the "drive - thru," ordered a large butterfinger blizzard. Was ready by the time we approached the main window. Blizzard was perfect as usual ?.... When you receive a properly made Blizzard, it's as good as one would hope. Unfortunately, that is rare. Management does not seem to be friendly or considerate of customers or employees.

Haven't been in months and decided to visit only to be told at an ice cream store that the ice cream machine is broken. So we try to order food. Chicken strip basket with gravy is heavily advertised and then we are told they don't have gravy. Fine. We get chicken strips and fries. The fries are cold and look like they've been sitting for hours. Then I remembered why I haven't been back to DQ in a while. Terrible. Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else.

It was mostly a good experience.Ice cream is a win.I have always enjoyed this location.Sadly, my last experience was not so great. Chicken strips were overcooked, and fries were cold.Hopefully, it will be an isolated incident.

Great place for an ice cream cake or snack plus the food is delicious and a good value for your money's worth.Parking: Handicap accessible with plenty of parking spaces with close or next to the building.
