This is the best Dairy Queen I have ever been in. The food was excellent and the staff was very professional and kind. Thank you Kay for waiting on us you were so upbeat and happy. I could tell how much you like your job. It's really rare with food chains you get this hospitality.
The staff were very kind! Can’t say the same for who I can only assume is the owner. The few times I’ve visited he has often scolded these kids while they are doing their job. I understand they have standards to keep up, but that doesn’t call for being rude to them in front of customers while they are clearly busy! Had a full drive-thru and a decent amount of people inside when I came in last week.
They forgot the lemonade part of my lemonade sparkler… or at least there was hardly any in it. It was 99% carbonated water..
