The staff were very kind! Can’t say the same for who I can only assume is the owner. The few times I’ve visited he has often scolded these kids while they are doing their job. I understand they have standards to keep up, but that doesn’t call for being rude to them in front of customers while they are clearly busy! Had a full drive-thru and a decent amount of people inside when I came in last week.
They forgot the lemonade part of my lemonade sparkler… or at least there was hardly any in it. It was 99% carbonated water..
I went in to get my son a DQ cake for his birthday. I asked the lady at the counter if she could write HBD and my son's name on the cake. She said sure. She asked if his name was spelled with an O then N. I said no it's E then N. She said ok no problem then went to the back to write on the cake when she came up front she still spelled his name wrong with O then N. She placed the cake in a bag and handed it to me.
