I typically get drinks at this McDonalds and never have any issue. This morning I ordered hotcakes a BEC sandwich and a hash brown-at first I was given a bag that had 8 sandwiches in it (which was way more than my order) so I returned it and had to tell them 4 times what my order was. After they pull me forward and I had waited 20 plus min (which is a long time for ONE sandwich pancake and hash brown) they bring out my order. Except they still didn’t have the hash brown. Normally I go to McDonald's on 173 but this one in roscoe is much better, they get the order right all the time. even though they have the same owners.
Ordered sausage biscuit meal 8/15 and a big breakfast no pancakes this morning. Sausage biscuit meal good then received 2 orders of pancakes!!! What's wrong with this business?!!!!!! Someone else I'm sure got screwed, probably the car behind me. GOOD GOING MC OPPS!!
