I order online through the app. Tried to place order at Rockton..showed Rockton address.. went there told me I was at wrong McDonald’s to go to Elevator rd. Went to Elevator rd… told me to go back to Rockton.. I went into elevator rd and asked if they had an online order was told my order was canceled. I replaced my order and was charged 3 different times. Asked about the triple charge and told some should fall off in 3-5 days. I sure hope so… this was not cheap as we ordered 3 different meals.. the fries were old and hard. Very disappointing. I know they can’t control the app but I was there for at least 29 minutes trying to order and figuring out the app. I expected fresh food.

Chicken sandwich tasted like fish. When I worked at a restaurant that served fried fish we would dedicate one fryer to cooking the fish that way everything else that was fried wouldn't taste like fish. It's not even that intelligent of a concept but most people are idiots so I guess it's my bad that I expect simple concepts to be understood...

You guys need to update your Sunday opening time on the McDonald’s app. I thought it was open at 5:30am before I had work and waited 5 minutes in the drive through before seeing you guys aren’t open until 6.

The whiteshirt manager was so courteous and even had the ice cream machine available in the evening. The employee's here should all get raises.

Worst place I have bin in years. How you order large meal and get medium drink and after asking about it staff said there’s nothing they can do about it.
This has to be the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The quality of the food is terrible. It's like they just slap it together. No pride in their product whatsoever. Plus the order is ALWAYS cold, cheese is not melted and there are things always missing from the order. Don't try to call and talk to Daniel the manager, he will just hang up on you. No customer service skills at all. I think he needs to go back to McD University in Des Plaines IL for more training, because he definitely did not graduate with honors. If I could give a rating of zero stars or possibly a -1 or -2, I definitely would. Stay away from this McDs. There's one that is 100% better a couple of miles north on Rockton Rd. Plus, they treat their customers with respect.

How come I have to pay almost 4.00 dollars for a med fry but you cheap skates. I will not come back to your restaurant, I can go to beef a roo or Culver's where they give you what you pay for .
