“My order was late being delivered and we figured out it was likely delivered to the wrong address. The staff was helpful, quickly remade the order, and delivered it without a problem. The delivery driver was very polite and even ensured our address was corrected in the system. I appreciate their great customer service and the food was amazing as always.“

“MICHAEL… MICHAEL…. MICHAEL! Best Customer service, and best delivery guy in town! I didn’t get my salad and I honestly wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it since I haven’t had luck with getting a refund/food redelivered… but michael reached out to me on my cell and let me know he’s going to bring it to me and apologized that they forgot it! I mean honestly, I was so thankful! This is the meaning of service! I appreciate him and we Definitely need more michaels in the food industry! ‼️‼️??“

“Waited quite some time for our pizza even though we ordered it from home so it wouldn't take so long. Once we got there. It was worth waiting for. The waiter was new but he did a pretty darn good job for a newbie. My only complaint was a restaurant was so cold that I could have used a jacket. I heard others complaining of the same thing.“

“I was told that Gerry’s Pizza is amazing. Well it really isn’t. We tried it yesterday for the first time. We asked for a very thin crust and while it was thin it wasn’t more so than any other thin crust. The sauce lacked flavor. It was at best bland. We asked for extra sausage & cheese. If what they gave us was extra I’d hate to see what regular cheese & sausage consisted of. The bigger letdown was the “Fresh Calamari.” This wasn’t fresh! It was straight from the freezer bag to the deep fryer. Breading was very institutional from a place like Gordon Food Service. The person that took my order over the phone and got my food for me was very nice. You get one chance to make a first impression. Gerry’s food fell far short.“

“Excellent stuffed pizza. I was expecting stuffed crust, but it is a double crusted pizza. The flavor was great, and I loved the cheese. I wished I had weighed the slices. Loaded. I was full before finishing two slices.Ordered half sausage. Only thing I would change is to ask them to mark which slices had sausage.“

“I ate there tonight my first time unbelievably awesome food. I ate the Italian beef on garlic bread and a cannoli. We also had the onion cilantro, steak tacos. Everything was perfect and very tasty. Will definitely go back. There are menu. Options are huge.“

“This place is a hidden gem. I live right down the road from it and didn’t realize it was there until my cousin told me about it. Best pizza in Rockford hands down. I don’t suggest the stuffed crust because the pizza gets a bit too thin at least for my liking for the normal crust pizza is amazing.“

“Great pizza great service,from Chicago love thin crust. Told owner would like to try in future I took menu coming out valley produce owner Frank caught me in parking lot a gave me a meatball to try was great. Recently I ordered tray of meatballs 4 large thin crust, Thank you Frank for the kind hospitality. Will order again. I personally don't like these reviews unless positive. My feelings are if you aren't satisfied don't go back. Some times employees have bad days also. DON'T BE A RAT!!!!THANK YOU NAPOLIS“
