This isn't really my thing "gourmet" coffee. But honestly, the variety that's offered I've really come to appreciate. My service has always great. Let's face it. It's a crazy busy place and the staff still has time to acknowledge me and greet me with a smile and they work hard to get me in and out quickly.

Really convenient location with lots of parking. I’ve had great experience with both in store and drive thru. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need to add customizations or need recommendations. Pictured is the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino which was so amazingly delicious.

I've come here a few times to get my mom food when I visit her, always on Mondays. The last 3 times I have had the same lady take my order in the drive thru, and each time she's caught an attitude and been rude right from "hello"

No need to name-drop, but she has no soft skills and a general sense of apathy that doesn't belong in customer service. Do better (:

Honestly this is my favorite starbucks. They usually don't mess up. However there's been a time or two where they basically gave me just creamer instead of coffee. Anyways this isn't about that.

Their hiring manger sucks. I think it's only this location. I applied a month ago and called almost everyday 3 to 5 days asking about it. Still the same response "Can I get your info and they'll reach back to you." I know they need people, I've been in that line for 45mins several times.

I'm sorry if this is bad to say but fire this person and I'll take their place and get you the people you need. I don't care if they were on vacation for a few days, it doesn't take much effort to look at a resume and give an answer or interview.

Anyways that's the tea that you're paying for. 💅🏻

Very nice employees but they are SEVERELY understaffed. This location is always so overwhelmed with customers and the poor employees cant keep up with the orders. For some reason they prioritize drive through orders over in store orders because there was 15 cars in drive through and they all were cleared out before we even got our drinks. Garbage everywhere on the floors because the employees have no time to keep up with cleanup. 3 people got their coffee that ordered after us because of the disorganization. Drinks shouldve been on the house this visit.

Honestly I had to return and get the correct cold brew coffee. They gave me some foam with salt (no actual flavor) on top of my cold brew. I drove back and told them I didn't order whatever this was. They made me go through the drive through again! I said I ordered a chocolate cold brew because they didn't have the flavor I originally asked about. I will never go here again!

Only one standing in line to order, took 10 minutes, waited for drinks for another 20 minutes. Couldn't hear them call out names even standing right in front of them. Hope it's better next time. Ordered two drinks and they only put one on the order.

There have been 5 times in the last month that I ordered ahead of time through the app that my drink wasn't ready. I've had to wait 15 min after listed pick up time. Just today I went in to ask for my drink from 2 days ago that I couldn't wait for, and the lady told me I had to call to talk to management first. Meanwhile the line was 10 customers long waiting for drinks and cheering for each other when their name was finally called! Not enough staff ever and the place was a mess with dirty dishes everywhere. They still owe me 2 venti drinks. ?

Waited for 40 minutes for 1 drink I ordered on the mobile app and left without my drink late for an appointment. Another lady I was standing by said she was already waiting over 50 minutes. The only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that is this slow.

The upside of this location is the employees are some of the nicest I’ve come across. The downside is they can’t seem to make consistently good drinks. I only like what I order maybe 1 out of 3 times, even if it’s a drink I’ve ordered (and enjoyed) before. I ordered the new apple crisp shaken espresso drink and it was so bitter I couldn’t take more than a couple of sips before dumping it out. Who wants to pay $7 for a drink they’re just going to toss?

AWESOME STAFF and an AMAZING MANAGER!
I just wanted to let everyone know about the outstanding experience I had at the store.
I was having a drink and a sandwich with a friend of mine, while it happen to me that the battery of my car died. The staff, especially the manager BREANA and her coworker RENEE, went above and beyond to help me out. Even though they were busy with serving the customers, Breana called her dad, who is a mechanic, to jumpstart my car, and Renee offered me the cables. Thanks to their EXCEPTIONAL service, I was able to get home safely. I am EXTREMELY grateful for their help. Thank you, BREANA and RENEE !
