Never has good cups for one.

2. Main complaint is they don't know how to properly pump syrups. They consistently are pumping the syrups before the pump completely fills with syrup allowing tons of air bubbles into the pump. This results in actual half pumps of flavoring and no matter how many pumps of syrup I order it's always different. Other locations I dont even have to order extra.

The staff here is phenomenal—truly some of the kindest and most welcoming people. I’ve never had a single issue, and I’ve even watched them handle difficult, rude customers with so much patience and compassion. Honestly, the staff is about 75% of the reason I stop for Starbucks every morning. Keep it up!!

If you're not going to take cash, put a sign up telling customers you're not going to take cash. Charging me $15 for two coffees already insane but not taking cash is Ludacris. I'll keep my 15 bucks. Worthless.

I get my tea here all the time and the drinks are always good, the only complaint I have is the time I have to wait to get it. Definitely the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too

Why are your employees chatting at the window with customers when you have a line to the grocery store?????

The abysmal sandwich they gave me will be returned for a refund. It was the tomato, mozzarella on facaccio. There were two small shriveled tomatoes, a glob of cheese barely attached half inside half outside of the center, the size of a fifty cent coin, and one, you read it, one spinach leaf. The audacity to charge $5 for a piece of bread with these miniscule contents on it is astounding.

Had a mozzarella and tomato on foccata. Terrible that's all I can say.

New summer berry lemonade refresher is really good, but really pricey

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that it needs to be said.

I stopped by this Starbucks expecting a decent drink and a neutral atmosphere — nothing fancy, just basic courtesy and decent service. Instead, I walked into a passive-aggressive teen hangout disguised as a coffee shop. The employees (all clearly young and acting it) were more focused on quietly talking about customers than actually serving them.

While it wasn’t loud or obvious, it was very clear what was going on. Side-eyes, half-hidden smirks, whispering behind the counter — the kind of behavior you’d expect in a high school hallway, not from people wearing aprons and name tags at work. It felt like they were judging everyone who walked in the door, and honestly, it made the whole experience uncomfortable.

When I asked a question about a drink, the response was dry and borderline annoyed, like I had interrupted their little conversation. No warmth, no professionalism, not even basic friendliness. Just that smug, “we don’t want to be here and we definitely don’t care that you are” energy.

Look — I get that they’re probably not thrilled to be working a shift at Starbucks. But if you’re going to show up, show up. Don’t act like the customers are some inconvenience in your social life. Especially when people are paying $6–$8 for a drink.

Starbucks should really look into who they’re hiring at this location. When your team is more focused on gossiping about customers than actually helping them, that’s a problem. Subtle or not, people notice. And trust me — it’s not a good look.

My husband just stopped at this Starbucks at 8:30am (5/13/2025). The drive thru said they don't open until 10am. 10am?! What is happening here?! Do they shut down for breaks?
