11/10 would recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered from them earlier today and while I was so excited for my food, my doordasher took it upon themselves to keep their food for themselves. However, I was connected to a a manger at the Machesney Park Location and she took it upon herself to give a full refund. It wasn’t her problem to handle, but she did any ways and I am so thankful. It’s nice to know that there are some people that will right wrongs they had no part in....read full review

Best thing to have on a warm day, a fresh cold fruit smoothie. This location is an ok location but the Rockford one is way better. Either way its a healthier alternative for on the go.
