One of my favorite restaurants in the area. There aren’t enough small business restaurants trying to do interesting things with dining. 1913 does an excellent job putting care into their guests’ experience. Quality food with small tweaks that add a sense of style to an otherwise typical menu item. Knowledgeable servers who seem to truly care. And a space with a good feel to it that is both special and familiar. Well done.
We visited for the first time to celebrate a milestone, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish.
I started with a brut rosé that struck the perfect balance, not too sweet, and my partner ordered the Improved Whiskey Cocktail, which he thoroughly enjoyed. For our appetizer, we chose the bread, which was wonderful. It tasted fresh and came with butter that had just a hint of sweetness, which paired beautifully.

Food has been fantastic each time we've been there! All but 1 time we had awesome service! Ask for Darin- He knows his stuff and is a great server! The oysters are Outstanding! I'm fed up seeing guys come into places like this with baseball caps and sleeveless shirts! Do you realize how trashy and classless you look? Do you care? Show some respect- Wear a decent shirt with sleeves & take the cap off!
