Tonight was our first time dining at 8000 miles and to say we were impressed would be an understatement! The food was great and some of the best we've had in a long time! We had amazing service from Yan Yan! She was attentive and made great suggestions! We will be back! Highly recommend the sesame chicken and pineapple cashew fried rice!

Everything was going well with our party of 7, celebrating 2 birthday’s girls night out.Until we told our waitress we had both birthday’s, she looked at us as if we were lying, and asked both ladies to show her their ID’s??!!!We spent a lot of money on dinner, and you’re going to question us now about 2 free desserts??And she told us we couldn’t have the more expensive dessert lol!! We didn’t even want it either way!! Then a wine glass shattered on the table and we told them it cut my friend’s hand and they didn’t even ask her if she was ok?!!Terrible customer service.

I am sharing an updated review after my recent experience at 8000 Miles. The food, especially the Thai Basil Shrimp or Crispy Garlic Shrimp, are my favorite dishes. Basically, I love anything with shrimp here. The Lynfred plum wine is great if you like a sweeter wine. The servers are always fast and so appreciative of their customers. Don't skip dessert! The cheesecake Spring Roll is tasty and crisp, and the banana won tons are an equally sweet way to end your meal here. In the warmer months, you can sit outside on the patio, if you don't mind shouting over an occasional train passing by. 8000 Miles is one of my favorite Asian restaurants in this area.

Food was mediocre. I ordered the beef noodle dish. They seem to use a lot of salt and msg. I did like the ambiance though. I did not try any of their sushi. Maybe that's better?

Great food! We had several appetizers, all were very good. Our main courses were all delicious. I will definitely return. We were seating quickly and all the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant area is larger than I expected and very clean.

This place used to be great before Covid. We recently started going back and the quality of the food has gone down greatly. The crispy sesame beef is way over cooked almost brittle. The soup is not tasty. It’s an odd combination. The bar tender at lunchtime is great when she’s not being micromanaged. To be berated by management for ordering 2 glasses of wine at the bar (in addition to food) because “this is not a bar” is extremely rude and is costing you business. I understand if someone is showing signs of intoxication but this was not the case. It was odd and left us feeling uncomfortable for their employees and ourselves. Maybe you shouldn’t have a bar if that’s how your management feels.
