UPDATE: I spoke with the manager, and she replaced my full meal at no cost, and the second crab boil bag was much better. The potatoes were still huge and undercooked, though. ORIGINAL: I've ordered from here several times. However, this time, my crab legs were cold and tasted old and not fresh. I ordered the 2x's potatoes and sausage and received one sausage, and the potatoes were still hard.

Have given this place a second chance. last Friday ordered 5 pound snow crab and 2 pounds of shrimp total was 190. yes it’s a decent price but what ruined the whole order was the sauce. seriously was disappointed dissatisfied the sauce was super watery non spicy at all. I asked for extreme spicy w extra sauce wasn’t spicy at all just watery. won’t be coming back I will suggest for whom is reading this to try the red crab in Joliet the sauce will satisfy you and amaze you

I've been going to the Roselle location pretty much since they opened. The food is consist, always hot and fresh. They staff even know my order whether I phone in or eat in. Whole Shrimp with white rice - a much try!!

I loved the idea of the food in a bag. The flavor of the crab was amazing. I ordered garlic and butter with a little wild spice.There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking.The restaurant was awesome, you can draw on the tables, walls and chairs while you wait for your food.

Had a Uber steal my food but crazy crab took care of me by remaking my order, called Uber and gave me a full refund without any issues. The family is eating late but I am grateful for your hospitality. Keep Winning Crazy ?. ❤️??

I love this location. Waitress are always positive and polite. They always make you feel welcomed. Food is also delicious. I get crab legs and shrimp. Very rare, the consistency of the sauce and spicy level is off but most part is on point.
We had the crazy pot with garlic sauce, medium heat. It was sooo good. We definitely filled up.Great for 2 people to treat yourselves.

The Crazy Crab website shows closing time is 10:00 pm. We came to the restaurant at 8:50 pm and find out closing time is 9:30 and dining was not available, only takeout. The hostess said the website is wrong. This was very disappointing since we drove 55 minutes.

Went for Mothers Day dinner after a very disappointing visit to King Crab in Glen Ellyn. Food was great and came out very quick. The only thing is it was a tad oily, but still worth it. Our server was excellent. He took care of us and was very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.
