Went today for lunch. Ordered the Palomilla con queso (Cubano Bros Steak Sandwich) & Cafe Con Leche. Excellent! The bread was delicious, steak cooked great, & the espresso was hot. The girl taking my order was really nice.
Their Cuban sandwich is unrivaled here in Chicagoland area and probably Miami too. I've never had a better Cubano than from this place.
Had the El Cubano sandwich. It was very tasty and authentic. The owner is very nice and has created a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Cubano Bros is a small spot in the NW suburbs where people enjoy a Cuban sandwich and coffee. The food is excellent, fresh, and authentic. Menus include a steak sandwich, a Cuba sandwich, tostones, Ropa Vieja sandwich, and Plátanos Maduros. Service is quick, friendly and on time. The staff always has a smile and helps with a caring attitude. Parking is accessible. The eating area can feel cold but the food makes it okay. Prices are a little up but the quality justifies them. A party of 20 was catered and the food arrived hot and on schedule. Dessert can be sold out, but sometimes the lady on the phone has it. Music is nice, ambience looks good, and bowls are great for gluten avoidance. The place smells like an abuelito’s house and is highly recommended for anyone who wants real Cuban food. Customers keep coming back.
