Game in today and discovered they got new owners, better pricing, and much better customer service! I met Rudy today and he really does care about the community.
When you walk in there’s a terrible, terrible smell. We should have left there, it is unbearable. We ordered a few small blizzards, and there were barely any flavorings when we tried them. It was straight vanilla ice cream. This location needs fixing and a drive thru immediately. Stay away honestly
New owner beware go to another dq. Employee was rude and didn’t even speak English.
Went in here today for a shake. It looks like new owners. An old Indian guy. No personality. I kept asking him about the senior discount several times. He kept saying yes; I put it on. I never got the receipt. My debt card shows a deduction of the full price. He lied to me. I won’t or friends will be coming back here. There’s are Dairy Queen’s near by, with cheaper prices.
10 dollars for a medium blizzard.....
Great quality and amazing service! The owner is super friendly and really cares about the customers. Everything tastes fresh and delicious one of the best DQ spots I’ve been to!
They are charging $10.47 for a medium Royal New York cheesecake blizzard!!!
Roselle's Dairy Queen is the Best in Roselle, IL Great Customer Service, trust me...
Pretty good staffing people.
We were in today,June 15th, @about 7:15 PM. My wife ordered a banana split. $8.50+ ? Hardly any toppings and you have to ask for whipped cream and nuts? Highway robbery!!! And do you think that you can spare your paying customers some comfortable air conditioning? Smh

Two soft serve cones cost $7.50, that’s astronomical. And the girl who took my order handed me a chocolate dipped cone when I asked for just a cone. When I said something about the mix up, She goes “This is the regular one”. I didn’t argue. I can go to the other local DQ for overpriced ice cream. Quick tip- the Thorntons on Lake and Gary has a soft serve ice cream machine for $1. Self serve and self checkout without any attitude. You’re welcome.
