The people are very friendly and nice. They offer you treats and something to eat BUT I can't win here. I haven't won here in the last 15 plus times I've been here. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I am so frustrated when after spending $$$$ and not getting one bonus.

Just wanna say that Dottys in Roselle on Lake Street is the best. I gotta say Rosanna she’s amazing and also Penny those are my two besties over here and actually every is very I nice and acommodating. They always make you feel welcome, but they know you spend money in there. I know I do don’t always win, but I do occasionally and they offer you food. They have sometimes bring it out to you and you don’t even ask. They always offer something to drink they’re always friendly. It makes you feel comfortable going there. You know some places are not like that and I love when you do the contest makes me wanna come even more but Rosanna she’s a very very nice person and I know I can’t think of their names but there’s a guy in there is really really nice and there’s another lady been there for a long time, she’s really nice. I just don’t remember all their names but I just wanted to tell everybody that daddy‘s is a very nice place. I like Stella‘s. I’ve been with Stella’s . I’ve been to Shelby’s but my all-time favorite is daddy’s but I do like Stella’s the one By Jewel thank you for listening to my input.

I am almost 60years old , lady ask me for ID which is so stupid , I lost my license but state issued me a proper state ID on paper with proper stamped which I showed her but she refused to accept it , she was so ignorant that she’s refusing state issued paper ID , she claimed she’s manager . She was so rude , I’m not a nickel dime player , so she refused a good business. Well thanks for saving me $$$$?

They never answer their phone I've been trying all day. I wanted to know if they have the ocean magic game. It would be nice if somebody would reply. So I'm going to go someplace else that does have the machine . So it looks like you lost a customer

Helen is the friendliest and nicest employee I’ve met at one of these places. She’s extra attentive and takes great care of you. A lot of places don’t ask if you want anything to drink even.

Great place to come and spend time. The morning young lady during the week is great. Unfortunately when coming by today the young lady there today seemed very sick. In my opinion she shouldn't be at work looking the way she looked and sounded. Probably not coming back anytime soon.
I gamble almost daily go everywhere this place is the worst nobody I know nor myself has ever won here it doesn’t matter if I spent 2400 or 200 I’d suggest almost anywhere else place is dead usually says a lot
