While service is great, coffee is great, they never get the order right. I've given it several different ways-raised donut with chocolate frosting, yellow raised donut with chocolate frosting or yellow cake donut with chocolate frosting, I still get a chocolate donut with a glaze. They are not even remotely the same. If they are unsure of which one we mean, they need to show the donuts before handing them over.

Got a coupon from this place in the mail, so I went in to buy some coffee & get my free donut. I wasn't sure where it was, I thought it was inside the shell station, but it's not. It's right next door in a separate building, with a drive thru. Looks new, very clean & modern looking, lots of help & friendly staff..

Worked here for some time (opening shift), and had an unpleasant experience with some of the coworkers (shoutout to Hetel though, she was pretty cool so a star for her)

The two stars unfortunately is for ease of ordering on the app as well as the deals on the app. Outside of a coffee i would not go to this location. Donuts are sloppy as shown in photos and warm food always seems to have some sort of funk or smell to it.
So sad folks Dunkin has reduced the size of their dount and charging more.... Charging more I don't like but downsizing the dounts all I can say is "Are you serious" America most of these disposable income niceties are over. These companies are trying to maintain shareholder values instead of customer value. Just one customers Opinion.
