I went today to try the it’s a me, Mario and the Bourdain sandwiches. Absolutely delicious! All of the meats were cut fresh. The staff is really friendly. Mario makes a good sandwich. Will be back!

Love going here for their pepper and egg sandwiches on Fridays. Also tried their BLT and the one with mortadella and pesto. Love that I can add calabrian chili spread but need to be careful because that stuff is hot. And finally a sandwich shop that serves it on real bread and the right size. Never go hungry after eating here. Also the lemon cookies are on point. Need to try some of the hot sandwiches next.

I'm not being paid, I have no reason to lie, and all I want y'all to know is the Bourdain was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Drive how ever far you need to to get one, was about an hour round trip for me and nothing will stop me from doing it again.

The food here is top-notch. I've had the focassia in the past, and it's the best I've ever eaten. My son and I went in for sandwiches and a salad recently, and they were also great. You can tell this place makes everything they serve with love and care about their business and customers

After hearing and seeing reviews I had to stop in and try for myself. This place is a gem and been recommending to everyone. Went with the Bourdain with the spicy chili spread and the turkey and cheese for my kids. Everything about the food was amazing and the service was great too. Will be back to try all the other things on their menu.

A quaint place tucked in a strip right off Lake St. The people are nice and the food amazing. The Bourdain sandwich absolutely blew my mind. I got mine spicy and while not really that spicy it added a nice touch of heat in the background to round out a phenomenal sandwich. Cannot recommend more.

OMG!!!! This place is amazing. I rarely get excited about sandwiches but OH MY GOD I WILL BE DREAMING ABOUT THIS SANDWICH! I had to go back inside to thank them for that amazing sandwich. This has to be the best sandwich place in the Chicago suburbs!! Family owned and they are super nice!Lemon cookie was also not something to sleep on. I can't wait to come back and try something new Ps. Sorry for all the exclamation points but OH MY GOD go try this sandwich ( by this sandwich I mean I bet every sandwich on this menu is amazing)!

Ask for receipt when the guy is working he likes to tip himself when using a credit or debit card not the first time it has happened the girls are fine great food, ***IN RESPONSE to my review we didnt get any chips and it wasnt 1$ it was 10$ i called you and the girl said you charged me for an extra sandwich, the first time this happened i went in got a hot sandwich the guy was working didnt flip the screen when it was time to pay sandwich was 15$ didnt think anything of it , couple weeks later stopped in again got the same order girl was working she DID flip the screen when it was time to pay and it was 11$ and now yesterday didnt ask for a receipt and paid 53$ for 3 sandwiches a can of pop and NO CHIPS youre food is delicious and the girls are great but guy please have more integrity when dealing with regulars who dont ask for receipts

We catered the BAKED MOSTACCIOLI, GARDEN SALAD, both were really good. But i think my favorites were the appetizers and dessert, BRUSCHETTA and TIRAMISU. Highly recommend everything mentioned.

I love this place. Mario and his family are amazing and the quality of their food is top notch. Best little hidden gem i only wish they had another location more visible so they can get even more business. They are super friendly and have build a great following from showcasing at farmers markets as well. The location is small and only has one small table inside to eat so it's more of a order and go. You can see to the kitchen and watch how the whole family is busy working creating magic. Great place food and people. Their Italian subs are the best. I will always keep coming back.

Very surprised at the quality of food. Pleasantly satisfied with the variety of tacos and overall menu. Will be back. I went early in the morning and had coffee. That was excellent with a nice set of cups and plates.. overall ypu won't be disappointed
