This place needs to hire more staff and order more ingredients. Two days in a row they were out of multiple things early in the day. I waited 35 minutes (on my lunch break) for a smoothie and a flatbread after told there was a 20 minute wait. After finally asking about my order, I was told they were having a power outage and the flatbread wasn’t ready but the smoothie was. The smoothie was sitting on the counter of their work station completely melted. I was issued a refund for the flatbread and they had to keep adding more ice and re-blended the smoothie twice. I was given a watered down smoothie that was basically juice for $11. Only reason I even took it was because I spent my whole lunch break waiting and had no time to get anything else. Save your money.

The quality, location, and staff is so amazing. I always get açaí bowls (specifically the monkey) and every time my tastebuds are pleased. I want to give a shoutout to my favorite worker. Idk her name but she is always just so friendly and has the best costumer service skills. I have never had experiences at a shop quite like this one.

I go here every time I'm in the area for work just to get the sesame bowl! I do wish the portion was a little larger but flavor is excellent. I love their matcha smoothie, too!

This is my favorite place for acai bowls. I usually grab the Sunshine bowl for lunch, but not once have I been greeted when I walked in. The girl walked up to the register today and just looked at me until I started to order. Every time I go in there it feels like I get attitude. If you can't say hello, then I can't tip either.

Food is okay but wait time is insane! Yesterday morning I ordered an açaí bowl and a smoothie. Even though there was no line, it took them 20-25 minutes to prepare my order which is ridiculous. Would not recommend due to this as well as bad customer service — the individuals who work here always seem to be in an unhappy mood?

The sweet & savory bowl w/almond butter is perfection!
I’ve been coming here since we moved to the area in 2020. It used to be my absolute favorite smoothie and healthy food cafe. However, the last 3 times I’ve been here have been really disappointing. The smoothies have been off, if I order ahead and they run out of an ingredient, they just don’t make it for me and don’t tell me until I ask why it’s missing. Today was unfortunately the worst. The girls behind the counter didn’t greet, were miserable taking my order, and the Orange Splat smoothie was so chunky that I had to chew my first sip. It really grossed me out but I didn’t want to complain since they had gotten a complaint on a smoothie a few minutes before mine and they did nothing for the customer except be combative. Really bummed. :-(

Honestly, I love this place! The Ingredients in drinks and food is super healthy and worth the price but the last couple of times I’ve been, the wait has been outrageous. 45 minutes for a drink is too long.
