I just picked up a breakfast. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. Got home and found out I received a ham, egg and cheese McMuffin. Also, I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee, easy ice. It tasted very watered down. Disappointing!

This was the 2nd time this has happened at this location. I ordered online before going and my order wasn't ready and they were closed, but the hours say open at 5am. You can't get a refund and I couldn't wait another 10 min as I needed to be at work...

I gotta say the only thing that irritates me haha is when ya order food inside they don't have ketchup dispenser anymore, so they have ketchup packets. The issue is, when ya order small fry or even a large fry they only give you 2 packets, logically you can't even use two packets on all the fries. I just don't get every time I deal with the same thing, and they act like two packets is gonna get the job done. Imagine 200 fries on a plate and two packets half filled 🤔 🤔 🤔

I drove through the Drive thru tonight at 11:47 PM. Nobody took my order. You just get a recording. I drove up to the window and asked for a manager. The Drive Thu decided to close early. The manager was just out right rude. He tells me too bad, get here earlier. I asked him was their a number for Customer Service, and talks back to me with total disrespect, no apology , and shoots me the middle finger. Totally outrageous. This waa at the location at 439 E Irving Park Road in Roselle, IL. I intend to do everything possible with Corporate, and help from the media to get this person terminated, replaced at this Mc Donalds, even if takes a year, or longer.

New new Update: I was back here again tonight thru the Drive Thru. I give them my reward code. You get no notification, or communication that their system is down, until you get the receipt of your order, when you discover you were charged full price, no points, no communication from the staff or anything. This literally has to be the worse dsyfunctional Mc Donald’s I ever been to in my entire life. The owner of this franchise needs to pay attention, and reach out to his customers, instead of how being so concerned about his revenue, he is profiting in his pocket.

My kids and I love coming for breakfast to this mcdonalds we are sure gonna miss coming now that they are in school.. on one occasion we experienced a extremely rude customer start yelling at manager and she controlled the situation very professionally, needless to say my kids saw that and they were disgusted at how this 40ish yr old man was acting, but they also appreciated even more at how the manager kept her composure. Thank you!!!

The morning manager needs to be reviewed by higher-ups . Told me mobile orders were automatically cancelled by system cause it was 10:30 but keep in mind I have gotten there past that time and have had zero issues. I ask her how is it canceled if I have the option to cancel it on the app. She then proceeds to tell me I have the option to cancel it through the app or she can cancel it on her end which confused me because I thought her system automatically canceled my order. Either she doesn't think before she speaks is she is a little slow which surprises me for her being a manager. We will go to the lake street McDonald’s instead if this continues.

There whole system was down I could not get my food and there was a huge wait.This was even worse because I was on my way to work there was over a 20min wait.I thought this was suppose to be fast food I guess it's a sit down now.I could not be more dissatisfied in this experience.

This McDonald’s make me feel at home. It may be the root of my obesity and bmi issues. Although this matter at hand is tragic, it okay and I forgive them due to the face the have a impecable selection of scrumptious magnificent outstanding stupendous menu choices. If McDonald’s was a man I would marry him.

Gave the order, girl repeated it. I corrected the one sandwich. Order came but the original order was also changed so my grandkids were disappointed not they did not get it exactly what we first ordered.
