The short hispanic manager Laura and her “ great employee” idk what his name is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! I see others complain about her as well. The employee that called me a name could not even tell it to my face, was hiding as soon as pulled up to confirm his words. I dont mean to disrespect any hardworking employees at mcdonalds, now i get why they are getting paid miserable salary( well deserved) Laura you need to be fired!!!

I went there for breakfast and tried to use my app in the drive through. I had rewards points built up and tried to provide a code for a free hash brown. For whatever reason, the code was not working. Instead of trying to troubleshoot and solve the problem, they were just trying to get me to pay for the hashbrown and insisting that the code would not work even though I clearly had enough points in the app and the correct code associated with it. The person helping me sounded annoyed that I was trying to collect my reward. Then the manager figured it out and applied the free hashbrown.
Then there was an issue with paying through the app and when I told the cashier that I wanted to pay through the app, she said to me with an attitude that she couldn't enter in any other codes and thatI couldn't pay through the app. All 3 employees that I spoke with had an attitude and seemed upset that I was trying to use their company's app. It's not my fault it wasn't working correctly. I have used the app many times before without issue. I left and went to another mcdonalds and I had no issues using the app

I’m not expecting my food to be made with extra care since it’s a fast food restaurant, but at least make it right. The service at this McDonald’s is always disappointing and really lacks a lot. I ordered a McWrap, and it was disgustingly cold and not made right at all. The tortilla was completely cold and flat, like it was just thrown together without care. The chicken sauce seemed like it was just dumped in there with no real effort. This isn’t the first time my food has been made like this either—it’s a consistent problem. Definitely not the quality or service I expect.

I’ve lived in the area for a very long time, so I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times. I feel like over the last year or so, the employees are extremely rude in the drive through in the afternoon/evening. I’m not looking for 5 star service but even saying a simple hello would be nice. Usually at the second window, they just hand you your food/drink and slam the window closed without saying anything.
Highly recommend the location on Bloomingdale Rd and Lake Street instead. The employees are super nice there.
Edit: went back here for the first time since I left this review over a month ago. Same thing. Guy taking order wasn’t friendly and lady at 2nd window handed me everything without saying a single word to me. People need to learn customer service.

Hispanic manager with black hair is very rude with trash attitude. She always liked to create issues and make a bid deal. This is the 4 time it happened. Every time I order only line it doesn’t give me option to put it on the side she has issue everytime time I ask by the drive thru window and even when I done. Sometimes she asks me to pay extra and then o give her either a card of my phone one time she made faces and made weird shouts and gave me the card back without charging. Today I gave her the phone to charge she said come around. If extra sauce was 50 cents which I don’t mind paying the app would have let me. The only person who is amazing is the lady at the first window Marry always very sweet. It was a very disappointing experience today.

I’m giving this location one star because the atmosphere is deplorable. This location attracts a lot of children and teenagers. I have encountered some of the most foul mouthed loud disrespectful teens and kids I have ever come across at this location. They’re loud they cuss, bang on tables, scream they crowd around the front doors and intimidate the customers coming in. They play loud music and discuss sexual topics loudly in earshot of elderly and young children. The owners need to do something about the influx of loud obnoxious kids and teens that frequent this location. Whether that’s enforcing a curfew or requiring that someone over the age of 18 be present to supervise.

Multiple issues w app. Staff claims my order isn’t there when I have proof of email receipt. Short Hispanic lady manager took 5 min to come help with retrieving my order. Didn’t even act concerned. Didn’t do anything to resolve the order. Clearly hates her job. No customer service skills. I had better managerial skills in fast food as an asst gm at 17 years old compared to this lady. No apology just blank stares.

I asked for extra ketchup, mustard, and onion on my cheeseburger. There wasn't any extras on my burger.
I returned and paid for a second meal to be made. They gave me a new meal. There wasn't mustard on the burger.
It pretty pathetic that when I ask for extras that they aren't there.

We love this McDonald's, it is better than any other one we've been to and it's super close to us. The workers are so nice I wish they could accept tips! And the food is consistently good 👍

Ordered my tea online. Was acknowledged at the speaker, asked if I wanted my receipt at the window and my tea was handed to me with a friendly thank you.
