Glad this store is here because there isn't a grocery store near us. They don't carry all the products you might be used to getting but it's still worth coming here. There are always really pretty Polish females working and shopping here also.

I had a very disappointing experience at Montrose Market due to the behavior of the manager. I showed my ID, but she refused to accept it without giving any clear explanation. When I politely asked her to show me where the policy was written, she refused and began raising her voice in front of other customers. I then offered an alternative ID from a friend who was with me, but she still refused and told us to leave the store in a very aggressive manner. It was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Terrible store and horrible service! The manager was extremely rude — instead of calmly resolving the situation, he started being aggressive and literally kicked me out of the store. I’m already 21, and my ID is completely valid, but the staff refused to accept it just because it’s vertical. Total disrespect for customers, zero knowledge of the law, and absolutely no common sense. I don’t recommend this place to anyone — if you value your time and dignity, stay far away from this store!

Our experience with the catering service at Montrose Deli was exceptional. Ania was knowledgeable and most helpful in designing a customized catering plan that met and exceeded our expectations. She truly made our daughter’s wedding day/weekend memorable for us as well as our guests. We highly recommend Montrose Deli and look forward to working with Ania in the future.

Great customer service . Big selection of products. Very fresh food . I was very lucky I had two people helping me with getting my lunch meat. Also their prices are pretty decent.

Awful store! Miss Butera. They have very few American foods and the staff is rude. I also heard they pull food from the food counter and keep it open in the cooler than reheat and put it out again for resale. I wish Butera was still here or at the minimum another American store. PS: This is the only store in town that doesn’t make sub sandwiches.
