Ordered a Large Pizza and they delivered a Pizza that was not Pan! I called they knew they were delivering an unsatisfactory product and they would not give me a refund! Horrible service, I've complained to corporate!

This pizza place is horrible now I don’t recommend anyone going there when the older guy was there he knew exactly what we wanted when we would walk in and would order our food properly. Treat us with respect. Now you have to repeat your order and if you get it delivered, it’s never what you want. Pizza is always cold,not fresh overpriced!!! not worth it not to mention how rude the staff is!!!

A big disappointment just got my order one it was wrong second I put that I was paying cash. The delivery driver didn't have any change. My total was $44 so I gave him $60 without getting change back do better Pizza Hut.

I have come here for years and overlooked the filth, but today put me over the edge. I always liked the staff here and the pizzas were good (or so I thought), but the front area is absolutely disgusting. Today while I was waiting, there was a big dead cockroach on the floor right in front of me. I'm done there.

They need to learn how to make the New Yorker Pizza the right way. I ordered one with just cheese on 6/30/23. It was the driest pizza I've ever eaten. Hardly any of that sweet marinara sauce -- and way too much mozzarella cheese. This was my 3rd time ordering the New Yorker. First time was very good. 2nd time not as good, but I wanted to give it another try. This time much worse. I think I'm done with Pizza Hut. They don't know how to train staff to maintain quality. Can't have a situation where the taste of the product depends on who happens to be in the kitchen that day.

I went here just now and had amazing customer service, I was served by Brent and he was extremely friendly and understanding to a mistake I made. He was also very accommodating. I highly recommend coming here if you haven’t tried them yet.

I picked up on a Thursday evening, not sure who it was that brought it out but it was a tall gentleman. He was very courteous and the hand off was perfect, pizza was also ready to go even though I was a few minutes early. Will be returning. Thank you!

Buyer of pizza BEWARE!!! We ordered two pepperoni pizza's on 3/9/2023 for delivery. Paid by card on the phone with the store and was charged $55 and some change - this included a tip, the order was placed around 9 pm. I was told the pizza would be there by 9:40 pm. We were staying at the Holiday Inn just down from the Pizza Hut location. The store DID NOT inform me they would be implementing Door Dash to deliver the pizza. The pizza did not arrive until after 10 pm, and the Door Dash driver demanded payment!! We ended up in an argument with the Door Dash driver, I tried to phone Pizza Hut, but of course it took so long for the pizza to arrive they were then closed, I tried to explain and showed where I paid for the pizza - we ended up paying the Door Dash driver $50 just to end the stress of it all. So, for two pepperoni pizzas we paid over $105.

Awful store. Website automatically changed to the Roselle location when I had selected Elgin. When I realized the error, I tried calling the Roselle location three times and not once did they pick up. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ONLINE OR USE THIS LOCATION.

Don’t waste your money ordering from here! Please support the Schaumburg location. Our order was wrong and missing items, you cannot reach anyone at the store and Door Dash doesn’t seem to care about their delivery services either! You have to call Corporate to get any resolution and even that was underwhelming!! Please save yourself time and aggravation and support the Schaumburg location!
