I wanna give the BIGGEST 5 star review to Dom! Seriously he was the best help I could ever have, he was very kind, calm, and understanding. He showed that he truly cared about his customers. The pizza tasted super yummy and Dom recommended me a pizza that is now my favorite! I will 100% be coming back soon! He deserves a raise ASAP (please consider giving him the raise he deserves)!

Was in area and was curious to try. Elder person who helped me was polite. With a name like Napoli I expected superior pizza but ended up getting stale hard pizza that's was sitting around for awhile. I am sure if I buy a fresh pizza made to order things would be different. I don't understand though why restaurants sell food that they know is hard and been sitting for awhile . I was excited to try them. The sauce and cheese was good. The sausage was real good I just wish I had a fresh slice to give better rating.

It was just ok. Maybe it’s us because of all of the positive reviews we went off of before trying this place. The pizza is just mediocre. Very bland and every now and then get a bite with sauce that’s sweet. Wasn’t ever sauced, it was all in the middle of the pizza. The zucchini sticks very good. Pasta was ok as well. Everything was just more on the bland side. The pizza wasn’t very hit either and picked up at the time givin. The kid was very nice there though. Good customer service.

Great pizza and even better hospitality. I drove over 45 minutes to get home, and the owner went out of his way to offer me a delivery bag so the pizza would stay hot. That kind of thoughtfulness really stands out. Highly recommend!

I really wanna like these guys. I know that they make good pizza but I ordered for the first time and paid $30 for a well done pizza where their concept of well done means absolutely torching and burning the bottom of the pizza. It’s disgusting and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’d love to order again, but I don’t trust it.

This has been our reliable neighborhood pizza spot for years—good sauce, fair prices, fast delivery. Giant proper Calzones that are two meals (though two sauce would be nice..). Solid all around.
Unfortunately, tonight’s order had a hiccup. I placed a delivery order on 11/26 through Slice, with the restaurant handling delivery directly. The pizza arrived with the sauce, cheese, and toppings completely slid off to one side, leaving a quarter of it inedible and requiring each slice to be reassembled by hand.
A classic rookie driver mistake.
When I contacted Slice support, the restaurant’s solution was to have me return the pizza for a refund - an initially unreasonable response to a delivery order they mishandled.
The Owner Damiano came by and we clarified the issue - Slice didn't communicate the problem. We clarified the issue and he's refunding it and making good on a future order. He also indicated it's a new driver and he'll be sure to drive the point home.
This pizza 🍕 place is one of the best pizzas I ever had and their mozzarella sticks are so good too. I am impressed by their except service & friendly staff. I highly recommend this place because they do the best pizza in town.
