Let me start off off by saying their food is exactly like their customer service… AMAZING!!! You will be welcomed by warm smiles and good hearted people. Breann the owner i believe is so sweet and genuinely an amazing person. My son (2years old) and I dined in the restaurant months ago and when we left his new Jordan hat was left there by accident. I thought we left it at a park. Dad move I know lol. Just over the past weekend I decided to take my son out again and we went to Sonny’s.. the first response the moment we walked in was to my son.. “ I’ve been waiting for you to come back” and pulls out his hat!! These types of actions in a person is truly genuine and I can’t not express enough how this made me feel. Everything surrounding this restaurant is pure. Treat yourself and go to Sonny’s!!!

We received a gift card for Sonnys and decided to order one their family dinner options that comes with a half pan of whatever pasta and 3 different types of sauce, salad (we upgraded to the Sonnys Chopped salad and we're glad we did), meatballs and bread. The pasta and meat sauce was very tasty but the winner was the meatballs and salad! Super juicy and soft meatballs and the flavor was 🤌 and the salad was so jam packed with flavor and very fresh!! We will definitely be back!!!

Sonny’s Italian Kitchen is a hidden gem in Roselle! The dining room may be small, but it’s spotless, welcoming, and perfect for a casual meal. The walk-up counter service is fast and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and easy. I was blown away by their huge sandwiches, packed with flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. Plus, the large, readable signs make ordering a breeze. For the portion sizes and taste, you really can’t beat the value here. Highly recommend if you’re craving Italian comfort food done right!

It's fresh, very delicious Italian food. Nice to have them in our neighborhood, so conveniently located. I love all their food, but the vodka cream sauce and marinara with pasta is fantastic. That's my go-to comfort food. I was recently in Los Angeles and ate at a Michelin star (my 1st experience) Italian restaurant, their vodka cream sauce wasn't nearly as good as Sonny's. My husband loves their breaded steak and meatball sandwiches for an indulgent weekend meal. I usually get a chopped salad for light weeknight meal. I usually get 2-3 generous side portions out of their regular size salad.
