My wife and I usually get the same thing 2x per week from this location, a hot caramel Macchiato with sugar-free vanilla and reduced fat milk. On Saturday, January 18th, we ordered inside. When we both tasted it as we drove away we both commented that it didn't have any coffee whatsoever. UNBELIEVABLE, do better Starbucks for the prices you charge!!!!

This morning before work, I went to buy a cup of my favorite coffee . I’ve made my order, paid and used $3 coupon. A young barista who took care of my order decided to chat for over 10 minutes with a man, who was behind me. There were only 3 customers at the time in the store.
I had to go to work so had no other choice but to cancelled my order. I got my
money back but unfortunately, the coupon is gone.
No one has even apologized to me. I'm disappointed with this experience.

The workers are mostly always rude and there is always black stuff at the bottom of my drink. If I bring it up to them they get upset that they have to remake it.

I’ve been disappointed with my drink at this Starbucks several times now. My order is often barely warm when it should be hot, and they frequently forget ingredients. When I pointed out that my drink was missing caramel, the lady insisted it was made correctly. Trust me, I know the taste of caramel and I know when it’s missing. This lack of attention to detail is frustrating, and it’s happened too often.

It's STARBUCKS. Delicious!.
The one thing that I want to be available is Sugar FREE syrups in more than just vanilla. Come on Starbucks, I can't be the only person that wants sugar free mocha.

I visit this location every morning for my brown sugar shaken espresso, and I’ve always had a great experience. The team here knows my order by heart, and it's usually prepared perfectly. However, today I encountered an issue. It seems the espresso machine malfunctioned, resulting in a drink that consisted only of brown sugar, flavor syrups, and oat milk, with no coffee. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this until I had already left for work.

When I called the store to address the issue, I spoke with Alicia, the supervisor. Rather than offering a solution, she insisted that the drink I received was correct, despite the fact that I order the same drink every day with five shots of espresso. I was disappointed by her response and felt that the situation was handled poorly.

On a positive note, I want to acknowledge the excellent service I typically receive from David, Stefano, and the rest of the team. They consistently provide great customer service, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as it does not reflect the high standards I’ve come to expect from this location.

Terrible service. Occasionally Starbucks is a miss on their oatmeal. It gets handed out dry. Most places immediately remake it and assure it’s perfect and that we are satisfied. Twice the attitude at this location was “zero fu$&s given”. Add hot water. Hand it back to you to me mixed yourself. Bummer.
