First off the post doesn’t deserve a 1 star, and I’ll change it eventually. I just want to raise awareness to customer service, from an experience I had here at this location in the past month. I was driving to play golf with some friends and on my way I called my wife to ask her to place my order through her app, to this location. Well I pull up to the Starbucks and drive thru line is almost empty. I get to the pick up window after talking in the intercom of course, and the barista first words come out of her mouth is “next time, you should give us more time to make your order”. I just feel like that was a little uncalled for, especially the chances of me returning here are 0 because I’m never in the area. So at that point she is making the brand look bad. Coffee was good though!

I have been going here for 2 years since my job is right ariumd the coroner and all I can say is this is the worst Starbucks. Service there is terrible. I was warned I’d be charged for ordering a drink with no ice. Every time I get cold foam they give me less than 2 centimeters of foam and I’m paying extra for it. Lately the drive thru has been incredibly slow. Will not be going there anymore.

came early on a saturday morning i'd say a bit before 11:00. there wasn't much of a line just two cars in front. the wait took forever for two items. i'd say around 15 minutes. i had mentioned grande when ordering but received a tall but after all that waiting i did not want to go back in. lady at the window i think was in training but did not have much to say just gave the total. i'd probably go to a different starbucks.

I came in around 4 pm to wrap up some work before I had to head to an appointment. The cafe was about half full with middle school aged kids. They were a bit loud, but not out of control. I was thoroughly disappointed with the language and actions one of the staff members. She was cursing quite a bit while singing and dancing. She would get quiet, help a customer at the drive through and then return to the singing and dancing. Once the customers departed the drive through she would make rude comments about them to other workers. I am not against cursing, but this is not a way to treat your customers or the type of environment customary at Starbucks.

Surprised that they don't have bananas anymore. They used to blend it in with a vanilla bean Frappuccino and it was tremendous. Store was pretty dirty.
