Very small portions for the price they charge. Especially the tom kha. Smaller portions than any other thai restaurant i have been too The flavors were ok. The orange chicken was crispy. I got the Thai spicy and it was kind of weak. Came out to 40 dollars a person for a full meal.

I never do reviews. Ever. But my wife and I moved from San Diego and only like one thai restaurant out there, and when we moved here we lost hope. But then we have found Thana Thai! They have THE BEST yellow curry and drunken noodles. 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

The food was good. When our family walked in, the guy behind the counter looked at us like we were a rare species and asked, ‘How can I help you?’ My wife fired back with the perfect question: ‘Do you serve food?’
It wasn’t until we sat down that we realized why he sounded confused. The place was clean, the tables were empty, and apparently nobody eats there—everyone just swoops in for takeout like it’s a covert mission.
So yes, we were the lone dine-in rebels that day… and honestly, I’d still come back, because the food was worth the social experiment.

Does anyone know of a good Thai restaurant in the area? because this is definitely not the one. The spicy basil chicken is always my go-to meal whenever I visit a Thai place... at Thana Thai it was more like spicy basil vegetables with a slight garnish of chicken on the side. And even then the chicken was extremely dry... I never thought that was possible in this dish... good sauce, though. To add to that, the service was sub-par at best. Now I dont expect a song and dance show, but at least come to my table and ask if everything is OK, or at least come by my table to refill my water- the place was empty when I was there.🤦 I'll give them the benefit of the doubt- Maybe its the price of meat these days- they're trying to cut cost- but the poor service? They need a better crew thats for sure!

Super sad portions were super small for the price. I ordered the crazy low mein and somehow there was Italian seasoning on there? It was horrible.. also ordered the crab fried rice and it tasted like crab from a can..
Barely ok for Americans but not authentic thai taste. There is no way the good reviews are true. This place is not authentic and I will not eat here because there are better places to eat Thai food.

What should I begin with?? Food was below average . I ordered Noodles and it was so oily and tasted so blend. Within minutes of eating I started having upset stomach and that after taste of oil ..omg it was so disgusting. My wife ordered Basil fried rice, and same with that except stomachache. May be thanks to her better immune system.
Ohh ,how can I forget , portion. They serve lunch portion in dinner.. they charge their dishes just like any other Thai place but they don't try to match or excel Other Thai place standards with taste , quality and portion.

Food was delicious and the mango ice tea was refreshing. We had to wait a bit for our food, but when it arrived it was worth the wait. I recommend the chicken pad thai. Very delicious and flavorful. I will be back again and again.

I am confused by the positive reviews here. I was so disappointed. The food was very bland and the portions were very small for the cost. The steak teriyaki was super dry, the pad woonsen was dry and piled way too high with bean sprouts.
I will NOT be ordering from here again.
