Our order was stolen by a delivery driver we called twice and then they told us they can’t remake our order and we’d have to wait for a refund . Ridiculous

I ordered online order to pick up in store and As I stood in line waiting...the one cashier sat and had a full blown 5 min conversation about her situation with DCFS with another customer. She kept talking and talking and didn't even acknowledge me or the other customer who was waiting for ketchup. I then get my food get home and find that my fries were not even fully cooked and still raw.

Quality gone down the past few months here, wings not properly sauced, fried bits with no meat, fries feel wet and the drink has no straw and too much ice, so if your ordering delivery it will be dry by the time it comes
