I tried to take pictures of the food, I don't what happened I opening the containers and poof it was in my belly lol. Seriously. This was a post workout meal, so don't judge me, I ordered a double cheese burger, 6-inch combo (Italian beef/Italian sausage), and a large fry. Being my first visit, I was completely satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. The staff was very nice and helped with the questions I had.. this is a MUST TRY. I recommend 100%

The food was refreshingly good! I haven’t enjoyed a meal like this in a long time, I do wish deliveries were packaged more tamper proof. When I got my order, there was a couple things that I had no choice but to throw in the garbage The driver decided to go through my entire meal before bringing it to me and this sucks because the ones that do their job correctly and respectfully are now treated unfair because of other drivers that behave unprofessionally.

I wanted Portillo's but this was right in front of us. Neither of us had ever been here before nor had we heard of it. It's a chain but as far as chains go this is good! (Portillo's is also a chain but I digress) All people working there were super nice. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. I really wanted a chopped salad and was very happy to see they had one! Husband ordered an Italian beef and some beef bites. (Potato stuffed meatballs served with marinara sauce) We enjoyed it all and wouldn't hesitate to come again. We didn't check to see if they had a "chocolate cake shake" but maybe next time.

First time ever going to this place and it was not bad. The atmosphere was great. The dining area definitely one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been in. The employees were really nice and helpful. They were always cleaning tables and picking up after others when they finished their meal. The food was good. I had the Italian beef with everything on it on a side of large fries and soft drink. Very filling and tasty.

I haven't been in Chicago for about a year but this place in Rosemont was not a typical place especially having people from out of town that wanted to taste an Italian Beef I will never eat or bring anyone to.this establishment I never been to Buona Beef Restaurants in which you had to self serve yourself I spent $75 not that's much but the service and food was mediocre, I Will Never recommend anyone visiting this location! Thumbs down ?

JEEZUS BEES ARE THEY EXPENSIVE!!!$20 FOR 2 SANDWICHES!!!! No fries or drinks or extras.... Just the 2 sandwiches. Most definitely finding some other place to eat now! Might sound trivial, but I bet you I'm not the only person.
