I messed up and ordered at the wrong location. When talking to Marco in Gurnee, he didn’t hesitate or show any frustration. Got my food going right away and offered to help cancel the other order. This made a huge difference at that moment because I was a having a bad day and week! Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help knowing it was my fault. You made my bad day feel a little better. It pays to be kind! It’s hard, especially when serving hungry customers....
This location does a great job at exceeding expectations. I took advantage of a burger and fries deal, and I couldn't add cheese without it voiding the deal. The manager/employee was able to resolve my concern.
The Italian beef is tender, perfectly seasoned, and served on fresh bread that holds up even when dipped. Their menu has a lot of variety, but the beef is the star—juicy, flavorful, and authentic Chicago-style. The fries are always hot and crispy, and the portions are generous for the price.
