It was Sunday morning at 10:30 that I visited this place. There is only one employee and the place was half packed. The employee was nice enough to ask me if I needed my cream with or without sugar. She had an all another order in front of me for four people food etc. however since my order was just one cup of coffee she just delivered it to me within like 20 seconds and then she took her time to deliver good food for other people. The place was easy location, plenty of parking and big enough. Every time the door opened my feet felt cold for 10 seconds. It has two restrooms for such a small place which is very convenient. Place was clean.

Today I went for a vanilla chai on 8/28/2019 at 8 am, when I was offered the hot vanilla chai I politely requested if I can have a cold one, the server over the counter was very rude and constantly arguing with the staff, eventually the rest of the staff were much well behaved than the server and they replaced with a cold one, if anyone reads the review find the name of the server, she might be Indian and in her 40s, she should be taught customer sevice skills, she doesn't have any awareness, mannerism, she sucks, in her job.
