ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
We went for dinner on a Sunday evening and had an hour-long wait for a table. I can't blame the restaurant for that, it's on us for picking the worst time to go. I ordered a sampler plate. They got the order wrong after another long wait but they fixed the problem okay. The food is typical chain food. The atmosphere is typical chain atmosphere. Prices are typical chain prices. I was a little disappointed in the service when the place was 80% empty. Server didn’t know the menu at all, couldn’t answer questions. Food was mediocre at best, and the chicken was so dry and overcooked with no flavor. It was awful, but certainly not to the level that you have to pay for it. I would say I would not return to a Chilis again.
