The room was very nice and comfortable except at night for some reason it became stuffy. This happens at many hotels, it would be nice if Dana were available. There was some repair going on in the hotel restaurant but it was open most of the time. They were able to accommodate our oversized truck and were very nice.
Overall, my recent trip to the Hyatt Rosemont located at Chicago O'Hare International Airport was satisfactory. I decided to stay at this property because of the close proximity to the airport, specifically Terminal 5 which I flew in and out of. The general spaces including the lobby and dining areas were well kept and clean. I stayed in a king room on a high floor as I requested. Small problems that were addressed immediately regarding billing. Called reached front desk issue was investigated and matter solved now just waiting on refund. Overall decent customer experience minus the error
