“This is an incredibly underrated Starbucks yes it’s not a rewards based one but the service is better than any I’ve been to I ordered 6 items and got them all 100% correct in less than 10 minutes I’ve never had that at any other Starbucks I’ve been to. If you pay with rewards credit cards you still make out on earning rewards.“

“Best experience. Picture this, it's christmas full of ambiance. Imagine, picturesque snow on the ground, the tacky mismatched lights of Rosemont reflecting off of it (there was no snow, but let's imagine). My government mandated emotional support drones Larry, Walter and Gerald have all but finished opening their presents. What's this? We all yearn for the bean? We all proceed to walk down to the aromatic starbucks kiosk. Tantalizing free smells, I could spend my entire government cheese down here. Tanya, the sweet batista, saw I had my hands full with the birds. She did not judge. She knows we are on a mission. She even let Gerry eat cranberry bliss from her fingertips. She gave us the most impressive holiday hot chocolate flight. And she put it to the cooler setting for the birds so it wouldn't short the wiring that lines their respective esophagus, plural. She was so sweet. Larry was a bit of a jerk and spread the coffee fixings all over, but she was a trooper about it. So patient. So sweet. We will be back.“

“Like the whole Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall in Rosemont, Starbucks Coffee, located in this mall, was very busy on the weekend, when it became totally packed with customers in the late afternoon and early evening hours.\n\nI stopped to order a take out of two Cheese Danishes and one Butter Croissant. The order was ready fairly quickly, the service at the counter did their best to be friendly and polite, but given the large number of customers -- of all ages -- the atmosphere in the open-floor area of Starbucks Coffee was quite hectic and very noisy. \n\nAnother thing was the limited seating: many customers were standing in the counter area, waiting for their orders, it was hard to see, if there's any seating available at all, I was able to find a table with armchairs in the median part of the mall, which was very helpful, since purchases were piling up towards the end of the day. \n\nTo sum it all up: pastries and croissants were tasty, as always, the price was as expected (for three items subtotal $10.85 + 11.25% tax = total $12.07), and the best time to visit this Starbucks Coffee would probably be the late morning -- early afternoon hours, when I saw the shop not being busy at all, and it was easy not only to find a seating place, but to take some distant photos of the coffee shop, as well.“
