Worst experience.
Have to pay for parking.
Starbucks just be transparent to mention this is inside a hotel. And not actual Starbucks shop. I drove 20 minutes and yet have to pay for parking.

These guys are on their game tonight. Busy busy dance competition here at the Westin and they are pretty well stocked on things still and service is staying great. They are speedily working behind the counter. This Starbucks has come in handy several times throughout the looooong day!
I had the worse experience. These workers don’t care about their work. I feel bad for the owner. They have an employee name Nancy and this one is a witch. STAY AWAY!!!

Best hotel next to ohare airport. Best staff specially Jenia She helped me two times She was a great help , friendly , very nice attitude towards costumers, with a high level communication skills. Nice rooms There is shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport every 20 minutes
Great experience , great atmosphere kind hospitality. Every time I land at Chicago I book at this magnificent hotel. Friendly and kind front desk staff specially JENIA working at the front desk really friendly & helpful. In particular last time I visited I got some packages delivered to the mailroom she helped get them and delivered them to my room. Such a helping professional staff In which I ve never experienced anywhere traveling to the states.
5 hours to get extra pillows 10 hours to get extra bedding No ottoman provided, even after notifying front desk. One set of bedding was not clean Free wifi confusing to use. Friendly front desk personnel
Edlyn and Westin O’Hare are awesome!! I arrived at the Westin May 16th in the evening. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Edlyn. Everyone should refer to her as Awesome Edlyn. She exceeds professionalism! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. So I like to acknowledge people who are great at their jobs. The Westin O’Hare is blessed to have Edlyn. The hotel is great, newly renovated and extremely clean and well kept. The house keeping does an amazing Job. I don’t know why the reviews are so low. Especially if guests have met Edlyn. They deserve ten stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed here for one night prior to an early flight from O'Hare the following morning. The hotel was very nice and clean! Gina (hospitality near the front desk) was incredibly nice and assisted with bringing luggage to our room. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The shuttle ride from the hotel to O'Hare operates every 20 minutes during most the day and was a quick 10 minute ride. We will definitely stay here again when traveling out of O'Hare!

Appears to have been recently updated -- nice public spaces, good room design with newer surfaces and furniture. Could just be a little better-- shower drain was very slow, room was a little dusty, room service burger requested "medium well" was delivered almost raw (could not eat, but I had no time to send back). Bonvoy App was a little glitchy, took a long time for calls to be answered. Would I stay again? Yes-- good location and shuttle, friendly housekeepers, felt secure, airport noise was minimal.
Not sure what happened but our coffees were terrible. Nothing about them tasted right.

From the day we checked in until the day we left, there were no tissues and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. There were no complimentary toiletries. despite calling or stopping at the front desk every day of our trip, we never got tissues ( I even brought the empty cover down to the counter to show them) one small sample of body wash was left for us but the bottle on the shower wall was never replaced.
We live in Madison, but will fly out of O'Hare in Chicago as it is typically cheaper. We had a trip to Florida planned, and our initial plan had been to drive the morning of, but a forecasted winter storm led us to try get a hotel for the night before. We had already arranged to use their airport park and shuttle service, so we decided to get a room. It was a great decision - the hotel lobby was spacious and elegant (it felt to my kids like we were staying in a fancy place) with a water feature and interesting decor, the room was very nice (although my son didn't like the thin blankets) and we also very much enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant. We relaxed with a nightcap after the kids were in bed, and also had a nice leisurely breakfast (everything was delicious) and a convenient shuttle to the airport instead of having to get up early and drive a few hours and stress about traffic (along with the aforementioned winter storm that dumped 8 inches on Madison that morning). The airport shuttle was also very convenient for getting to (and from) the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we traveled out of O'Hare again. We felt like our vacation started a little early.
This Starbucks is a licensed operation, everything is marked up, you cant redeem points here. They dont take mobile orders. Good location if you really need caffeine. Not commuter friendly, meant for hotel stays at the westin.
