Anyone looking for vegetarian and vegan food at the chicago airport terminal 3. This is the place. I have roamed more than an hour searching for vegan food. Finally found this. Food is tasty and price is reasonable. I got vegan quinoa salad bowl. It comes with quinoa, grilled veggies and guacamole.Vegetarian options: Veggie burritos
Probably one of the better places to choose to eat in the airport, you can get a healthy meal that's fairly good. I would recommend the shrimp. You have to wait extra time for it but I think it's worth it. I forgot to ask for salsa, so my bowl was a little bit dry, and it was way too busy for me to even try to go back up and get some salsa. Expensive, but that's most likely due to the airport location.

I will start of with can't give a star for service and atmosphere I wasn't there. My GF works in the airport and she surprised me with a bowl from here. I'm not a fan of spicy but whatever was in my bowl was just the right amount of spicy my liking, for someone who doesn't really like spicy foods.
