“I usually have a good experience at this location, and the rest of the staff — including the manager — are friendly and professional. However, there is one employee (a woman) whose behavior consistently stands out in a negative way.
During my recent visit, I had an issue with a mobile order where I was charged, and I showed proof both from my bank account and the app. Instead of trying to help, she had a very rude and dismissive attitude. She was speaking in Spanish to her coworkers about the situation rather than addressing me directly. When I asked if she spoke English, I was told yes, but she still continued speaking to others instead of communicating with me properly.
What made the situation more frustrating is that I do understand Spanish, and her tone and comments were unprofessional. Once she realized I could understand, her attitude changed and she finally spoke in English and corrected her tone.
Customer service should be respectful and consistent, regardless of the situation. I hope management addresses this, because it does not reflect the otherwise positive experience I’ve had at this location.“
