extremely long wait for pickup. More than 35 minutes. Ridiculous.

Came in with my family Sunday and it was so bad the waitress came by and greeted us after about 5 minutes in a dead section then didn't take our drink before leaving then when we did place our orders it didn't take long for our food to come out but the taco hard shell was black with no sauce it comes with medium and the wrap was dry with no sauce either and finally the kids Mac n Cheese was rock solid overall a bad experience that I will advice others don't go and receive

Bad experience today!! African American lady at the register around 5:30 pm was very rude and hard trouble understanding a reasonable customization that my friend wanted. She was also yelling at her coworkers. I would not come here for good customer service & especially if I wanted something to my preference.

Currently now waiting 20 mins to talk to a manager after they screwed my order up all while the food continues to get colder. The manager apparently will not speak with me.

I Placed an order online and when i went to pick up i was missing part of my order. They told me to wait 5 minutes to complete it and i waited for about 15 minutes and i asked for an update again and the representative never came back to update me. Then the manager, i believe his name was kyle, told me to go sit down that there was plenty of sits available and i told him i was waiting for an update on my order and he insisted to take a sit and i just said to give me my money back and when he was processing a refund he said whats your name “felipe”? Like he was racial profiling me. I felt offended because clearly he knew that isnt my name. He proceeded to say the food was ready and i said then go check thats what ive been waiting for. This time he brought the food back fast. The other people were complaining that nobody was serving them and they had been waiting for a while as well. This is type of service and behavior from employees is unacceptable. Will never return back to this place! Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

7 of us sat for dinner. Hardly anyone there on a Thursday early evening.
Appetizers were ordered with dinner. Appetizers were hot and good. A great start. Dinner took 55 minutes to arrive. WHY?
I ordered the cheesy beef sandwich. It arrived with the sandwich and fries COLD. The cheese on top was dried to the sides of the beef. The server felt the bottom of the tray and she immediately realized it was cold. In fact all the food, yes everyones order, was either cold or WRONG. The boneless wing came out as bone in and the bone-in were delivered as boneless.
The runner for our initial food drop off did not try to see who had what food (not sure where our server was) but all she did was put the food in front of my friend and we needed to figure who ordered what. Kinda hard when the Wings were not of the correct variety.

No manager visited the table.

Not sure what was happening that evening (10/23) but the place was busier as the evening progressed, but not packed.

Nothing was comp. No apology from any staff.

Not going back any time soon.

The last time I was there, I gave a good review. Tonight was a totally different experience. I needed to apologize to my party.

Always come to this location for UFC fights. However, this will change. Was super excited to get some wings and watch UFC with my friend, until Liliana came along. You can check my account, I never have written a review before, tells you how important this is to me. Liliana instantly met us with an attitude, was not friendly like ALL of the other employees I’ve interacted with at this location. I can give you the full story, but it would be too long, so I’ll tell you exactly what she said when I asked her a friendly normal question. She met me with “ I don’t think you understand, I don’t think you get it” while pointing her finger at her nogging. Obviously on a power trip, and made me look and feel like an idiot to my friend and anyone who could overhear. If you go here, a quick prayer outside the door that you do not get this server. Very shameful and disappointing from literally our always go to favorite spot for the fights.

I was excited to get some wings when I gpt here but the experience was just distasteful. When we walked in, the host was helping someone so we waited, once he was done with those previous costumers, he kind of just stared at us. I asked if he was the host then he said yes and I asked for a table for 4. He just grabbed menus and walked into the seating area. So we assumed to follow him since he was not talking to us? He sat us at a table that was dirty and we had kids with us so when we got to the table the server came up right away and greeted us as she watched us clean the table. She didn't say anything so I asked her if we could get a rag or something and she looked displeased with me asking.. let me be clear I did not ask her to clean the table, I asked for a rag or something to continue to clean the table. After that, she was very neglectful of our table and just acted like we were bothering her every time we waved her down.

We ordered the all you can eat appetizers. We got fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and onion rings as well as lemon pepper and spicy garlic wings. The fried pickles were cooked perfectly and so were the mozzarella sticks. I think the frying oil was fresh this day which was nice. Considering all the food we had, the price was very good!

Overall, they had service is why I gave a low rating but the food did not disappoint.

It’s an always busy restaurant, food is good but whenever I’ve stopped in there are never enough waiters/servers got 1 person looking over 15-20 tables during a lunch rush last time I went and before during a dinner rush noticed management just watched as waiters we’re overwhelmed, good restaurant understaffed.

I had a very good experience here. While the the place was fairly empty. My waitress served me as I would have expected. The food was good. Honey BBQ was delightful. There strawberry lemonade was very flavor full I just could not get enough. Right now they have the bottomless apps (chips and queso, onion rings,and or fired pickles) way more food then I could ever eat myself. The bartender even put on a show I wanted to watch. The manager checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. I would say this experience was one of the top experiences I have had a bdubs.
