“Everytime I've ordered from this location the order is accurate, tastes great, & fast & friendly service. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. There is an amazing crew here & with that being said they must have one awesome manager! I cant say enough good about you guys! Way to go & keep up the good work!! -Rachel-❤️“

“Delicious AND affordable!

Came here for a dinner on a Monday night. It wasn't busy and we got seated right way. The waitress gave us complimentary chips and salsa and a cup of soup. The soup hit just right on a rainy night.

The waitress gave us 2 alternative less spicy salsas without us even asking! We ordered the lengua (beef tongue) burrito and the lengua gordito dinner.

It was so good. The lengua was so tender and flavorful. It's so hard to find good lengua like this in the Chicagoland area. Everything cost us less than $25.

“There is always a lot of wait when it comes to this KFC. Sitting in here now and going on 20 minutes waiting for my 8 piece family meal. They are trying, and they put up with a lot of attitudes from angry customers waiting for a while. Seems that they just need better organization to handle busy times.“

“Wonderful surprise to see a new Brown’s Chicken, especially on Rt-41. Location is convenient if you are a traveler. Stopped by Sunday afternoon for a quick bite. Customer service was Ok. Order was ready within less than 5 minutes. 2 piece dark meat chicken and biscuit came out hot and juicy with the perfect amount of crunch. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.👍🏽“

“This Popeyes is amazing! I couldn't imagine living without it. The people who work at this location are fantastic-- MUCH better than other Popeyes I've been to (looking at you 16th & National in Milwaukee). They were even open on Christmas Day when the big guys like McDonald's were closed. Thanks, Popeyes!!“

“I go here usually when I am in Waconda. If I don’t grab a dinner for my family and I, I always grab one piece of chicken. Their food is always hot and fresh. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyone’s nice, but I’ve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. He’s very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if they’re in another language, he’ll try to help you. This is something I witnessed firsthand with him the other day. He took his time to work with a man and the language app on the phone to help out the customer. So go have some chicken and say hello to Cole!!!!“
