They are slow when it comes to the online pickup orders. The guys from sunday second shift do not pay attention even though i was right in front of them. And even though I asked them for the order I was picking up, they would not give it to me. They gave all the other orders to other people picking up that weren't even there. I spent 20 minutes wasting my time. In reality it wasn't a good experience for me this evening as all the workers acted rude towards me.

Whole franchise is a joke! Can't get a hold of anyone. Spent $100 and they offered a $4 return for meals that Can't even be eaten. Will never refer or order here again. Waste of money for awful food!

Rice was uncooked. Hard to chew. Disappointed

Every time I order extra of something, they don’t do it. I’m not really understanding why there’s an option for it if you aren’t gonna do it. Not even worth spending the money on anything in this establishment, they can’t do it right ever.
Stop trying to put more lettuce in the bowl to make it looks more full, it doesn’t work.

To add, the rice is ALWAYS old.

The worst chipotle, please avoid. I came to grab a bowl before work and they were out of chicken, napkins, and most things I wanted ( offered me pork or steak with no discount) everything was cold, the food was so unseasonably. I wasted 16 bucks and some change just for food I wouldn't give my dog 😭 there was only 1 guy there when I get there so props to him for running the store by himself but I also saw a cook leave the bathroom wipe his nose on his hands which were dry and start touching fajitas so just avoid avoid avoid. I don't even wanna go back for a refund I just wanna warn y'all

Showed up at 9:50 pm on Friday night when google/website says they close at 11 pm. The person making the food couldn’t care less that there was a customer there. After ordering food I wanted to sit down and eat and he told me to leave and that the dining room is closed for customers. How do the business hours say they are open till 11 yet they kick customers out an hour before close.

Got food poisoning from a $36 dollar order. Usually, I don't write bad reviews, but in this case, I'll make an exception.

I've gone in 2 times and they dont have limes or lemons to go with the food. The guacamole doesn't look fresh or appetizing.

Normally have a good experience with Burrito bowls. Tonight, not so much. Repeated a past order from another store and picked it up at Round Lake Beach. Portion size was much smaller than normal. And I added a tip specifically to try to avoid issues like this. Went online and submitted the experience too, we'll see what happens.

NEVER order online. The amount of food missing is on par with fraud. This is with double meat as well
