Over all the place was enjoyable, the food was good and the employees where patient with me since I clearly had no idea how the process work and I went here thinking it was a different sub joint. Lol the place seemed loud for having not customers in the store at the time I was in here. Probably because of the tile. However, the bathroom was clean!

There's a girl named Tiffany who works here. He made me come here from 2 hours away and kept me waiting at the door for hours. As long as bad and dirty people like this are here, I will never come here and I will never send my family here.

Don't come to this one if you have to doordash, Uber, or expect any orders remotely on time. It's been like this for years now. I'm convinced this company doesn't care about online orders or pickup or anything associated with the word fast.

We ordered out and had Uber Eats delivered our sandwiches.The sandwiches had a very sloppy presentation.It seemed like the lettuce was a bit brown.My first bad experience.Not very happy.

I love seeing how the mind works when someone is unfamiliar with how a process. I love seeing teamwork even more. Always fresh meat and vegetables with fast service. Hard to beat!

Ordered online. There were 4 employees working. One didn't help a single time from the back while another was clearly not very aware of the work to be done. The order was 2 sandwiches one was gluten free but still came out 30 minutes after the time expected. I got to watch 3 people with pick up times after me get their food first.

I have had some service issues like this before with this location. I've had better experiences with the one in Gurnee so would recommend that location to anyone that has a choice.

Edit: Sorry I forgot to share for 2 sandwiches from order to my food being ready was 45 minutes. I walked in the store at the original pick up times got ignored and then walked back up 10 minutes after pickup time. They hadn't started my food

We has about 35 people go there after church today. We told them we were coming and they were ready for us! Great assembly line for our orders and getting them ready. Great food! I had my sandwich in a bowl and it was great, just like a salad.

I absolutely love their sandwiches, the service is great, and the store is clean. Where they prepare your food is clean. Only one thing, I wish they toasted the bread.
