I uber often and some of the stores aren't the cleanest place to sit and wait. Especially if you're a germaphobe like me that sanitize after leaving every restaurant. The floors are spotless also the windows counters etc. Also the staff takes pride in keeping that way. It also helps that my uber wait time is quick and efficient when picking up from here. This helps to maximize my pick up and delivery window. Thanks Jimmy John's

Ordered the Vito today. Got home and there was no oil, onions or lettuce on the sandwich. Can’t tell me was just forgotten. What a disappointment not driving back 15 minutes to get it fixed

Wow. Looking at their reviews they have fallen hard. I guess you should avoid this location.
I was not contacted about this issue at any point. Nor were we refunded or otherwise made whole.

Ordered the roast beef with provolone an this is what I got.stale bread and a couple slices of beef! Won't be going back!!!!

The Hispanic woman (I feel bad I wasn't able to get her name) making my order tonight 10/25/24 around 18:45 did a phenomenal job. My sandwich was made so well I needed to let you guys know to give her kudos. Her personality and manners were on point. I've gotten sandwiches from this company brought to the hospital I work at that was mediocre at best and this was by far the best sandwich I've had made yet. Just wanted to give her props for this experience and I hope you guys will give her the proper recognition she deserves.

Horrible. Took my order at the cashier station. Did not take my order correctly. I couldn't see the sandwich being made, didn't ask me the normal questions. ? the amount of turkey was half what antioch does. Never going back here.

Order the beach club, if they would have read what’s in the beach club it suppose to have avocado spread in it, none was put in it.. one of the topping I wanted.. I drove 20 mins away to get it and I don’t want to drive 20 mins back to get a refund or exchange. They should have gotten my sandwich right when I’d order it online..
Online orders take forever. Just order I'm the store.

Love, love, love this place! I highly recommend the veggie, I like no tomato, but it is my favorite thing to eat! Since COVID a few years ago, I have a hard time tasting things. I can say that this sandwich is delicious, I can really taste the provolone and guacamole!
